I get blood work done every 6 months (cholesterol screening, A1C, etc) and this is my go to lab as the staff is super friendly and efficient. Going online to book an appointment ahead of time allows me to get in and out in 30 minutes (or less). I was there today (8/3/16) this morning for a fasting blood work and was done in 10 minutes! Other LabCorp centers (like Kings Hwy, Cherry Hill) are getting lousy yelp reviews but take a chance on this lab and you will be happy! read more

they are horrible! I take a pill that I get blood and pee tested for! labcorp can never detected it! I have been in there a seen urine just sitting out for who knows how long! so my dr ordered a test just for this pill I take , they wanted me to pay up front for their mistake! I refused! I will be calling my insurance company to report this major lab!! plus tried to bill me for a blood test over $700.00 closer to $800. just for their cut off time it may now cost me $175.00 for a pee test for something they misses! ask to go to another lab! is my opinion! Even though they list their office hours as ending at 2:30pm, after 2pm they harass their "late arriving" customers to "come in early" so that they can close early. This has happened every single time to me. Beware. read more

Absolutely wonderful location. The ladies here are so pleasant and wonderful to work with. The people downstairs who aren't associated with labcorp are very helpful as well. Check-in is very quick. Didn't have to wait at all, just walked right in from check-in screen. I come here every couple months and it's great every time. read more

Only went in this LabCorp because Rothman ordered bloodwork upstairs. Not only was it the slowest the girl who checked me in was the worst. She had such an attitude and yelled at me for using the bathroom. No way should she be in that business read more

Incident #1: Lost my toddler twin's stool samples... all 8 tubes. Incident #2: Woman at the front-desk told me she would wait until 3:02 PM for me to drop off the second round of samples (which had to remain fresh and dropped off immediately), even though they close at 3 PM, since I was running late (since my kids didn't poop until 2:30 PM) and had called. Then when I got there at 3:02 PM, she stood on the other side of the door, watching me, laughing that it was after 3 PM and refused to open the door. She also mocked me on the phone and told me "Their LabCorp doesn't lose samples, but sure honey you can drop them off." I understand closing a place of business on time, but after their first major error and the fact I called to ask if they could wait, not sure why this location's staff found it appropriate to mock me and refuse service/let alone offer any customer service to make up for their previous mistake. read more

Went in early on Saturday morning. Figured I would get in and out. The packed Saturday crowd in the waiting room said I don't think so. Saturday morning was much busier and crowded like people were waiting for tickets. Being the patient person I am, I did what any other person would do in this situation. My previous experiences with diagnostic centers have been atrocious with customer service, cleanliness, and lengthy wait times. This particular location blows away every other center I have had to visit. I have been to this location on 2 occasions and I was brought back as soon as I signed in both times. Customer service was amazing with explaining the process and what was going to ensue. Cleanliness was also a key area of importance for me with a diagnostic center. This is my second time going to this location to have blood drawn this year. The first time I checked in quickly and the phlebotomist was able to get the blood she needed in the first stick. I have small veins and I experienced no discomfort. However, on 3/29/22 I went for another blood draw. The first woman was unable able to find a vein and get blood after moving around the needle multiple times, which was not pleasant. She then went and got a more senior person to draw blood. She attempted to draw blood from my other arm. She sticks the needle in and I had an intense electrical shock like pain shoot down my arm into my hand. I thought I was going to be sick it hurt so much. She pulled out the needle and I asked her if she hit a nerve. She said "can you move your fingers", which I could. She didn't get any blood and then got their smallest type of needle and was able to get blood from the top of my hand. I'm writing this review because I have been experiencing sharp pain through my lower arm and 2 fingers for the last 2 days. I am filing a complaint with LabCorp, not sure if they will do anything. Moving a needle around in the injection site goes against the standard of care. This makes me question if they have well trained phlebotomists practicing at this location. read more

Came here once and thought receptionist was having a bad day, came back to same woman working 3 months later, still makes you feel inferior and makes registering process difficult i left again feeling sorry for the worker. Lab employees drawing blood are excellent at what they do but although a convenient drive to the location won't return due to poor customer service by the front desk.
