The treatment plan was clear and effective, and I appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained along the way. Follow-up was just as impressive, with prompt communication and real attention paid. It's rare to find an urgent care that combines professionalism, compassion, and consistency so well. I was truly blown away when they called to check in on how we were doing! At a time when bedside manner seems to be a thing of the past- this place makes good on putting patients first and doing so with care. Side note: the somewhat distracted and curt check-in experience did not detract from the overall experience. Fortunately the front desk hospitality was not our main concern.

Very professional, know what they are doing, concerned about your comfort and not trying to rush like other labs I have been to. Very pleasant atmosphere. Office hours accommodating because they work with your availability, most places will not take the time to find out when you are available. They push off, basically telling you take your chances, may or may not have lab work done within a reasonable amount of time. This was not like that, had to make appointment on short notice, to my surprise someone answered the phone, and had appointment next morning. The other thing that impressed me was the fact I didn't have to enter all my information into a computer, actually gave my information to them, none this me trying to do scanning at the computer. The next time you need lab work done, keep this lab in mind. I know I'll be going back there. And, if you do go , you will be going back there too!

I did arrive late and Ms. Brittany said no worries that I would be next. I was so happy because I didn't want to reschedule. When I arrived the office was warm and Ms. Brittany was very friendly. We had a couple of side bar conversations about the state of the world we live in. It was nice to just talk to someone. The process for the procedure was seamless. My paperwork was partial complete so it took me no time to finish. After waiting I was quickly seen by the technician. She was very personable and sweet. She explained the procedures and what I needed to do to get great images. During the process I fell asleep. She told me one of the images had to be done because I moved. I knew I had moved when I woke myself up. She redid it and within 5 minutes I was done. She then explained that a copy would be sent to MRCP and I asked for a copy. She did the copy of images literally in 3 minutes. By the time I came back from the restroom she was done. This was a easy experience and if I ever need an MRI I am most definitely coming here and you should too.

Alycia is very patient with her advice making sure she gives you holistic care. Sharon is a go-getter with her "she got you! don't worry about it" kinda attitude. Rasheeta is so sweet in her interactions. These three make up an absolutely amazing team and I am so thankful they're part of my wife's first prenatal experience as they've made our experience beyond memorable and we look forward to our visits. 1000/10 would recommend them.
