ER visit is hundreds of dollars in copay alone (for me) and a way longer wait. Idk wouldn't recommend unless you have a cough/cold. On the bright side, everyone was nice. Place was clean and quiet.

First and foremost, the place was very clean. Next, everyone from reception to the medical team were professional with a caring attitude. Something that's hard to find anymore in the medical arena. And last, the wait wasn't bad at all, I was in and out within one hour. So if you're looking for urgent care, that's great. I highly recommend Cooper urgent care and Cinniminson.

So the nurse or whoever talks to you in beginning right before dr comes in shouldn't be working anymore she literally asked me at least 5 times in a row are you allergic to anything which between her which was already too much and the dr I was extremely angry. Then I'm telling you never experienced anything like this she says so you do drugs but the way she was with that hard to explain how it made me feel so I was literally about to be like you know what you got me at that point just to be a smart ass yes I take every thing there is just before I came in I put up my butt like what is wrong with you lady who does what you do and if you do this with everyone how hasn't anyone complained she was old probably way past retirement age but come on needless to say that experience was so horrendous I will definitely not be going back after all these years. They either need to have a talk with that lady or tell her she needs to retire or let her go. I had my whole evening planned but after that experience I was done for the night so did nothing got nothing done ruined whole night never expected that's why I went when I did went by previous experience.

I called this office up as a NEW patient and the help I received blew me away. They squeezed him in last min. Helped wiyj the record transfer. I must have called them 10x. Never cocky. Always helpful. We saw the Dr. today, and she's so friendly and helped a TON. You can tell the ones who like kids and don't. Sorry, but it's true. This woman loves her job and it shows. You won't be disappointed here. They take their jobs seriously and that's something lacking anymore sadly. Thanks, Pineland. Also we love the way the office is decorated. Edit: have now been here for two years adding an extra child into the mix. We couldn't be happier. Sadly we are moving and I cannot take this office with me. Best doctor my kids have had.

The Good: Had a good experience with another Advocare office, so we choose this one when we moved…read morebecause it is a convenient location in Haddonfield with good parking. There is a small front lot and a larger rear lot. They also take a wide variety of insurance compared to other locations. The Bad: 15-20mins wait in waiting room after your appointment time, then 15-20mins wait in the exam room for 5-10min face time with a doctor or PA is usual. The worst: The scheduling process is a joke at times. Happens with well visits/routine vaccinations/flu shots appointment, when you arrive, they say it's a later time that day or some other day. Happened 3-4times in the last 5yrs. Really frustrating because we put the appointment in our phone as soon as we make them. Conclusion: Not all Advocare offices are equal. Skip this one if you value your time.
