One of the few places that is open on a Saturday. Book an appointment in advance if you can, but I walked in around 10 AM on a Saturday and was prepared to wait. Took about an hour and was fine with the wait since I didn't expect to get in immediately, especially on the weekend. Everyone was super friendly. There were a few kids who were screamers, all right, understandable. But one of the girls who worked there was obviously a mom and really, really good with kids. She was able to calm them down and get them out of there pretty quickly. The gentleman who drew my blood was very kind, pleasant, and even gave me the bright red color bandage I wanted. PRO TIP: Have your health insurance card and drivers license ready to do the kiosk check in go fast. There is a screen that shows how many people are in front of you in line so you can guess what the wait time might be. read more

I've gone here a few times and it's been very good. But the person taking my blood last Friday, was awful!! I bruised immediately and had a lump at the location. I've never had that before! I wish I got her name because I don't want her next time. I was tested 3 months prior and never bruised. So it's not me it's the phlebotomist!!! I will go a different day next time to avoid her! The only positive to my visit today was the nice lady that took my insurance info. Besides that, everything was horrible!! From the Phlebotomist who was so nasty to the bandaid, rubber bands and blood spattered(not mine) gauze pad on the floor! So gross!! They should be fired!! read more

STAY AWAY! Today was my first visit to this lab. It was also my LAST. Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from a horrible employee named TONIA. Absolutely uncalled for rudeness and zero courtesy. Not even a hello. Barking orders at me the entire time. Demanding paperwork from my doctor and then responding to me like I was stupid when I asked exactly what paperwork she needed. Went out to my car to retrieve it in the pouring rain only to come back to her telling me she already had all the information she needed in her system because I made an appointment online weeks earlier and my doctor had already sent the requested tests. If I were this woman's supervisor, I would have terminated her on the spot. read more

The receptionist is extremely rude. The one that calls the names and is at the front. She has an attitude. They are unorganized. The last time I was here (6months ago) I was waiting and waiting. People were coming in after me and being taken right back. I assumed they had appointments and I was a walk in. After the 5th time I said something and they said I was already highlighted and I must have been outside or something. I never left my seat. They just skipped over me. Ok mistakes happen. Well I was in there today and the same thing happened to another patient. This one in particular woman is just so rude and she is the one making the mistakes so it's hard to be understanding. Someone asked for an estimated wait time and she gave her a nasty response saying "I have all these people!" This isn't how you should treat patients. Get it together! read more

I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at this location. I have been there several times in the last year. I have made appointments and they are always on time. The process is smooth and efficient, and they made check-in even easier. The staff is friendly and I have no issues with referrals or getting the information to the right place. This office is absolutely horrible. They have huge sign in monitors and then it tells you to sit down. After multiple people complain that they have been waiting for over an hour they decide to tell you that you have to sign into two places the electronic check in and on a clipboard which isn't notated anywhere in the office. Where in their right mind is this correct? Signing into two places why have an electronic check in if you do not go by it. Worst office ever waiting over an hour already and still no end in site with a waiting room that only has 5 people waiting ? RIDICULOUS read more

I am someone who has extreme anxiety about blood tests. I have fainted countless times in the past. However this was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had. Check in was a breeze, the front desk staff was super friendly! My phlebotomist Jay was beyond amazing. He made me feel comfortable, calm and well taken care of. The procedure was quick and painless and Jay talked to me the whole time to take my mind off of the test. What a gem that man is! I hope he never leaves because I'm only letting him do my blood tests from now til forever ! Excellent experience! read more

I made a visit to the LabCorp facility in Haddon Heights yesterday (9/20/14). I stopped at the desk of the woman that had registered me on my way out to inquire about the paperwork I had been given. I wasn't sure if I was to leave it or if the copies were mine. The woman that had checked me in told me I needed to leave the paperwork and she told me to give it to her, which I did. As I was handing over the paperwork, the registrar sitting in the kiosk next to her commented as though I was not even there, "oh what! she was going to leave with her paperwork!?!" as if I were just an idiot. I don't know the name of this young woman, but I found it incredibly rude that she would make a comment like that,especially as I was standing right there! I have been to this lab several times and never have I encountered such blatant disrespect for a patient. I'm sure it didn't occur to this woman that perhaps I was nervous and didn't hear the instructions that my registrar had given. Regardless of the reason, this woman needs to understand that it is incredibly unprofessional and thoughtless to comment about patients to her coworkers and even more egregious (or just plain stupid) to make it in front of other patients. This place is the worst. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. If our insurance covered a different option we would go elsewhere. Even with an appointment you wait forever. They never can find the doctor's orders even for a weekly standing order. They are short and rude with patients and make fun of them or complain about them within earshot of the waiting room. They fool around loudly with no regard to the fact that many of the patients are very ill. If you have another option please don't go to LabCorp in Haddon Heights. read more

Our visit was horrible. Had an appointment @ 9:45. Wasn't called until 10:15. We found out Labcorp is making 4 appts. for the same time, plus trying to fit in walk ins. There wasn't anyplace to sit. What a disaster. Appointments should be made for 1 person at a time. How do they expect to not get backed up? Never again!!! read more

We went on Saturday 1/27 around 10am for pediatric bloodwork. We sat in the waiting room for about 45 min before being called to the window to check in. While at the window 3 other new patients came in to sign in. The lady behind the window had the sign in sheet next to her. The first person to come in just stood at the sign in window and the employee barely looked up and said what, the patient said I would like to sign in and the employee nudged the sign in sheet and said sign in. The patient practically had to climb through the window to grab the clipboard. I understand you close at 11 and this person was walking in at 1050, but you don't need to be rude. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional people I have encountered. After we were checked in she said go down the hall. So I went down the hall and waited another 10 min until another employee asked what i was doing, I said I was told to come down. Oh she said go to any open room and someone will be with you. Finally around 1115 a technician came into the room and was very good with my 2 year old. Overall, the checkin staff and wait time were way too long and I hope I don't have to return to this location read more
