I see some negative reviews for Labcorp - Delran. I am not discounting those experiences. But today at the same Labcorp, in Delran, NJ, I received 5-star service. This includes the receptionist and the lab technicians being very professional and patient. I even witnessed one of the lab techs being super kind and gentle with a young toddler who was getting their blood work done. read more

I was at this location today for a drug screen for my job and after waiting about two hours they told me the toilet was down. Not only were they rude and indifferent about this situation but they knew the whole time I was there. They did not bother to refer me to another location. I would not recommend going there! read more

I have come here in the past where the front staff was rude but that was not the case today. I had the chance to be taken care of by Arlene and not only was she incredibly sweet and patient with me, but she was very friendly with other patients and really great at her job. Labcorp Delran is my preferred location when getting routine blood work done. Good location and Saturday hours. First come, first served. Patience is a must as the workers deal with slow computers and all the paperwork that's needed to keep things straight. Never any issues. Sometimes they might be light on staff during Saturday hours but get there early and you will be done in no time. read more

The front desk and registration desk employees are rude. I have been to several LabCorps in the past but this one located in Delran, NJ is terrible. They take so long to call you to registration when there are only 2 patients in the waiting room. I already waited 1/2 hour and I still haven't been called in the back. I won't come here again. This place is a disaster in many ways: very poor customer service, very poor communication and very poor attitude. Both the technician and the front desk care less about the paying customers. The technician had a nasty attitude. I tell her: if you don't like your job, go something else. Let other people do it correctly. I was there with my 1 year son, and I had only a bad experience. I did use Quest Diagnostics in the past and no way to compare the very good and the nasty. My company switched to Labcorp, this is why I had to go to Labcorp. Today I took my 18 year old daughter who has autism to LabCorp Delran. The phlebotomist, Tamika, was extremely patient and gentle. She talked to my daughter throughout the blood draw, didn't treat her like a baby (which many 'professionals' do), and put her completely at ease. My daughter didn't even flinch when the syringe was inserted! This is VERY unusual for her. A HUGE 'THANK YOU' to Tamika for showing my daughter kindness and being gentle and compassionate. read more

The staff there is very nice but why do patients have to do self sign in and then sign in again producing insurance cards twice? There is plenty of parking and seating and if you make an appointment they take you pretty quickly. read more

Just don't go there. We've been twice and each time we spent an hour and a half there (with an appointment) for a 5 minute procedure. The phlebotomists are fine; it's the process that is broken. There is no efficiency and the front desk people are nasty and rude. We'll go back to the LabCorp in Mt. Laurel - it's like night and day compared to this one. read more

Only come here if everywhere else is currently burning down. The front desk staff is RUDE/nasty, leave the elderly to "figure the computerized check in out themselves." Oh and if you do come here and its busy be prepared to see staff to walk out for a smoke/phone break. read more

I have heard decent things about other LabCorp locations, so I will limit my feedback to the Delran, NJ location. One star (rather than 0?) because I *was* able to have my blood drawn. However, the experience was unpleasant, overall. After surviving the front desk, the phlebotomists themselves were great (and the one was quite sweet!). But, unfortunately, they do not compensate for the overall negative impression I had (and continue to have) of the location. I will gladly drive a distance to another location if it will lead to a happier staff and more pleasant experience! read more

I went to this location a little nervous because I read all the supposedly bad reviews. I don't know what they were talking about because my experience, just like the location in Burlington, was great. I went in, checked in, sat down. Within 10 minutes of entering, I was taken back. The receptionist was nice and the three ladies that it took to draw my blood (I am not an easy draw) were very nice and very gentle. I would definitely go to this location again. Took my 2 year old here for blood work. After 45 minutes of waiting, and watching many people come and go, I went back to inquire how much longer it would be. The woman calling back patients was the same one who directed me to the bathroom and helped me get the toilet working (bathrooms where drug tests are administered have a switch to control water flow to the toilet). Apparently, my son's name was called while I had him in the bathroom. She told me she called his name and when no one came, she took him out of the system and moved on. Wouldn't you check to see if the person you just directed to the bathroom was the patient you couldn't find in the waiting room? We were only in there for a couple of minutes. When I asked this, I was very rudely told "I'm not a mind reader, I don't know who's in the bathroom". This woman was unfriendly, if not rude, to everyone that came through there in the time I was waiting. I'd pay out of pocket for a test before I'd ever return to this place. read more

If I could give a 0 stars I would. My Dad and I yesterday, went to this awful place for lab testing routine. First, the machine didn't work. We tried it 4 times, 2 machines didn't work. Then, a nasty angry reception person came out with all her misplaced attitude. First, she yelled at my disabled elderly Father who uses a cane for stability. "Put the chair back where you found it", she yelled. Then she tried the machine, and it didn't work for her either. "You ain't doin' it right if it don't work", she yelled. Then I tried explaining things to her, she yelled. "Mam? You need to shut up and be quiet!" Then she slammed the door to go wherever she was going. I left in tears for the treatment my Father and I received. We didn't ask to be disabled. We both use canes, we have back issues and I have a visual impairment. It wouldn't have hurt her to take time out to assist someone. I will never go back to this awful Lab corp again never! Rest assured, I will be notifying my doctor when I go see him next. I'll let him know of the horrible treatment we received here. He uses lab corp for his testing. Also, I would love to know, why is it that Quest diagnostics, I get billed $60 dollars for everything, and this place bills me $900? As far as I'm concerned, you can take me to collections, I'm not paying your ridiculous bill either. Take me to collections, I'll tell everyone of the treatment we received. You need to shut down this location, or send these people to sensitivity training. So, keep sending me all your bills, I'll keep on shredding! read more
