I'm not sure why all the negative reviews are there, I'm not inclined to read them. I will say I had a good experience with my lab work today; reception was kind, helpful, and personable. The technician taking my blood was kind efficient, took. care and was quick. I wasn't even there an hour they had good service despite a very full waiting room when I first walked in for an unscheduled appointment! read more

I see some negative reviews for Labcorp - Delran. I am not discounting those experiences. But today at the same Labcorp, in Delran, NJ, I received 5-star service. This includes the receptionist and the lab technicians being very professional and patient. I even witnessed one of the lab techs being super kind and gentle with a young toddler who was getting their blood work done. read more

The ice was horrible and my elderly mother who uses a cane and I slipped on the ice. There is also no railing. Otherwise the staff is always friendly. read more

I was at this location today for a drug screen for my job and after waiting about two hours they told me the toilet was down. Not only were they rude and indifferent about this situation but they knew the whole time I was there. They did not bother to refer me to another location. I would not recommend going there! read more

I've been at this location three times and every time I come regardless of how many people are there they get you in and out and the people that work there is very kind and respectful this is the best LabCorp in Burlington read more

This was my first visit today to this location of LabCorp. Everything from reception to blood draw was quick, easy, and I was impressed with the caring attitude of the employees. read more

I have come here in the past where the front staff was rude but that was not the case today. I had the chance to be taken care of by Arlene and not only was she incredibly sweet and patient with me, but she was very friendly with other patients and really great at her job. Only giving 4 stars because the check in had issues and wouldn't stop loading. read more

Horrible! Rude, lazy, no eye contact and 3 times said I had a balance and wouldn't draw my blood unless I paid! Called Corporate and was determined I didn't have a balance. Zero stars for sue read more

RUDE front desk and staff. EVERYTIME. Not only was receptionist rude, so was everyone else. Unbelievable! NEVER EVER AGAIN. I tried more than once because of convenience. This place needs to close or hire people who care. Prefer to give 0 but can't. read more

Very professional atmosphere. Especially due to the Covid-19 Crisis we are in. The staff are doing an excellent job. read more

This is my second excellent experience with this Labcorp in Delran. Kathy who signed me in and drew my blood, could not have been kinder or more professional. no one like having their blood drawn, but this Labcorp is well run and efficient. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Literally the worst I have ever experienced. Uninformative, lazy, and plain rude! Do not go here. There are so many others who are much better!!! read more

Labcorp Delran is my preferred location when getting routine blood work done. Good location and Saturday hours. First come, first served. Patience is a must as the workers deal with slow computers and all the paperwork that's needed to keep things straight. Never any issues. Sometimes they might be light on staff during Saturday hours but get there early and you will be done in no time. read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Delran, New Jersey

worst facility i've ever been to if i could give 0 stars i would the staff is so rude and i've been waiting for 3 hours read more

This place is horrible! They're very rude especially the girl at the front desk! No customer service whatsoever. Every time I come here there's a problem. If they don't like what they're doing then she shouldn't be doing it. This woman should be fired! I will not be returning this facility again!!!! Zero stars read more

I went in on a Saturday and was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. My phlebotomist that drew my blood (Hulda) was very nice and we shared a few laughs. read more

The front desk and registration desk employees are rude. I have been to several LabCorps in the past but this one located in Delran, NJ is terrible. They take so long to call you to registration when there are only 2 patients in the waiting room. I already waited 1/2 hour and I still haven't been called in the back. I won't come here again. Need to hire better employees. read more

This place is a disaster in many ways: very poor customer service, very poor communication and very poor attitude. Both the technician and the front desk care less about the paying customers. The technician had a nasty attitude. I tell her: if you don't like your job, go something else. Let other people do it correctly. I was there with my 1 year son, and I had only a bad experience. I did use Quest Diagnostics in the past and no way to compare the very good and the nasty. My company switched to Labcorp, this is why I had to go to Labcorp. I'll never get back to Labcorp Delran office, and I Advise everyone out there to do the same. read more

Today I took my 18 year old daughter who has autism to LabCorp Delran. The phlebotomist, Tamika, was extremely patient and gentle. She talked to my daughter throughout the blood draw, didn't treat her like a baby (which many 'professionals' do), and put her completely at ease. My daughter didn't even flinch when the syringe was inserted! This is VERY unusual for her. A HUGE 'THANK YOU' to Tamika for showing my daughter kindness and being gentle and compassionate. read more

The staff there is very nice but why do patients have to do self sign in and then sign in again producing insurance cards twice? There is plenty of parking and seating and if you make an appointment they take you pretty quickly. read more

Just don't go there. We've been twice and each time we spent an hour and a half there (with an appointment) for a 5 minute procedure. The phlebotomists are fine; it's the process that is broken. There is no efficiency and the front desk people are nasty and rude. We'll go back to the LabCorp in Mt. Laurel - it's like night and day compared to this one. read more

Only come here if everywhere else is currently burning down. The front desk staff is RUDE/nasty, leave the elderly to "figure the computerized check in out themselves." Oh and if you do come here and its busy be prepared to see staff to walk out for a smoke/phone break. read more

Receptionists are very hostile, and no effort is made to make the customer experience pleasant. More coaching is needed at this location on how to treat people with courtesy and care. It was my first time there, I walked out, and I'm never going back. read more

I have heard decent things about other LabCorp locations, so I will limit my feedback to the Delran, NJ location. One star (rather than 0?) because I *was* able to have my blood drawn. However, the experience was unpleasant, overall. After surviving the front desk, the phlebotomists themselves were great (and the one was quite sweet!). But, unfortunately, they do not compensate for the overall negative impression I had (and continue to have) of the location. I will gladly drive a distance to another location if it will lead to a happier staff and more pleasant experience! read more

I went to this location a little nervous because I read all the supposedly bad reviews. I don't know what they were talking about because my experience, just like the location in Burlington, was great. I went in, checked in, sat down. Within 10 minutes of entering, I was taken back. The receptionist was nice and the three ladies that it took to draw my blood (I am not an easy draw) were very nice and very gentle. I would definitely go to this location again. Great job to all the staff. read more

I hate getting my blood drawn, but they made it as easy as possible. The woman that drew mine was terrific (forget name) and patient with me. Short wait time and great location. Will come again. read more

Took my 2 year old here for blood work. After 45 minutes of waiting, and watching many people come and go, I went back to inquire how much longer it would be. The woman calling back patients was the same one who directed me to the bathroom and helped me get the toilet working (bathrooms where drug tests are administered have a switch to control water flow to the toilet). Apparently, my son's name was called while I had him in the bathroom. She told me she called his name and when no one came, she took him out of the system and moved on. Wouldn't you check to see if the person you just directed to the bathroom was the patient you couldn't find in the waiting room? We were only in there for a couple of minutes. When I asked this, I was very rudely told "I'm not a mind reader, I don't know who's in the bathroom". This woman was unfriendly, if not rude, to everyone that came through there in the time I was waiting. I'd pay out of pocket for a test before I'd ever return to this place. read more

If I could give a 0 stars I would. My Dad and I yesterday, went to this awful place for lab testing routine. First, the machine didn't work. We tried it 4 times, 2 machines didn't work. Then, a nasty angry reception person came out with all her misplaced attitude. First, she yelled at my disabled elderly Father who uses a cane for stability. "Put the chair back where you found it", she yelled. Then she tried the machine, and it didn't work for her either. "You ain't doin' it right if it don't work", she yelled. Then I tried explaining things to her, she yelled. "Mam? You need to shut up and be quiet!" Then she slammed the door to go wherever she was going. I left in tears for the treatment my Father and I received. We didn't ask to be disabled. We both use canes, we have back issues and I have a visual impairment. It wouldn't have hurt her to take time out to assist someone. I will never go back to this awful Lab corp again never! Rest assured, I will be notifying my doctor when I go see him next. I'll let him know of the horrible treatment we received here. He uses lab corp for his testing. Also, I would love to know, why is it that Quest diagnostics, I get billed $60 dollars for everything, and this place bills me $900? As far as I'm concerned, you can take me to collections, I'm not paying your ridiculous bill either. Take me to collections, I'll tell everyone of the treatment we received. You need to shut down this location, or send these people to sensitivity training. So, keep sending me all your bills, I'll keep on shredding! read more
