It's very simple. Today I walked in at 8:45 AM, and followed the prompts to check in on my phone from the text that Quest sent me this morning. There were several people in the waiting area. (They didn't have an appointment and were waiting on standby.) I didn't even get a chance to sit down before the nurse Mirzha called me back. She verified my insurance and my ID. Im always a little nervous because I have "thin rolling veins". But Mirzha was very professional and knowledgeable. Five minutes later, I was finished. The establishment was clean and organized. I even did a little grocery shopping.

Made an appointment online the day before…read more Great thing I did because there were 11 people inside waiting when I arrived at 8:20 for the 8:30 appointment. After waiting in line for a minute to check in at the kiosk (2 people in front of me), I navigated to the site to check in. Extremely easy and fast. After logging in and two clicks, I was checked in and sat down (the two in front of me were still waiting to check in). 90 seconds later, I was called to the front desk and taken to seat #2 and awaited my phlebotomist. One minute later, she arrived in the room, confirmed my identity, pleasantly & professionally took my blood, and released me to enjoy my day. All 11 persons before me were still waiting to be called in. Moral of the story, make an appointment when you can and take advantage of the online services.

I took my son a few days later to get his lab drawn as well (he's 2) and they made the experience so bearable for me as a parent and for my son. He cried as toddlers would when getting poked by a needle but they made him comfortable from the beginning and he didn't even cry until the poke and he was settled right after with no issues. Plus, they gave him cute animal stickers that said "I was brave today!" I'm very happy with our experiences with the phlebotomists and front staff!

They help me all the time. Thank you to Gabe in pharmacy. He is always smiling from ear to ear his smile is infectious and I can see it thru the mask. I can make a novel about how amazing my kP is. Scheduling was easy, and I had orders sent by my doctor via secure fax. After receiving an email reminder the day before, Alondra arrived on time and took care to prepare a sterile area, even covering her shoes before coming in. She took the time to find a good vein and even helped ensure successful access by applying a heating pad to my arm. The draw was quick and she was able to pull multiple tubes. I still got faint but that was ok because I was comfortable on my couch and her comforting demeanor ensured I felt better quickly. She has all the equipment needed to prep the samples before bringing them to the lab and the whole process took less than 20 minutes including the vein quest and vasovagal recovery! Highly recommend!

This isn't a criticism of the staff, but of the cleanliness and upkeep of the space. The walls were very dirty and worn in every room and the office felt disorganized. Didn't look like the space had been maintenanced in a very long time. Most concerning, the bathroom door had no lock -- a real issue given that patients are constantly coming and going for urine tests (I actually walked in on someone using it). It made me question whether the lab area meets the same hygiene standards, if the visible parts of the office aren't being maintained. I don't say this to be harsh, but I hope the owner takes it as constructive feedback: investing in the physical space matters. It's part of how customers judge whether they can trust your hygiene practices.
