A True Godsend: Crisis Averted by Ray and Team!…read more If you are currently experiencing a major plumbing issue, stop searching and call this company immediately. They turned what was a nightmarish, unsanitary crisis into a stress-free, professionally managed repair job. This team, led by Ray, is the definition of professionalism, speed, and expertise. Here is the full story of how they saved our home: The Problem: Worse Than We Could Imagine It started subtly on a Sunday: a slow, strange backup in our shower drains while running the dishwasher and laundry. I dismissed it as a simple clog. However, the anxiety kept me up, leading me to call my home warranty on Monday. Ray was in the area, and even though I missed his initial call, he came right over. When we walked around the house, we were met with a horrific sight: a massive, disgusting overflow of sewage and toilet paper beside our foundation. Our main sewer line was BROKEN. The Solution: Expertise, Speed, and Empathy Ray immediately put us at ease. With his 15 years of plumbing experience, he recognized the severity and knew a simple fix wouldn't cut it. We needed a full pipe replacement. Monday: Ray quickly assessed the damage and prepared the plan. Tuesday (Excavation Day): Ray and his team were on-site, dedicating a full day to carefully excavating the property to expose the broken line. Wednesday (Installation Day): This is where they truly shined. Ray called in reinforcements because he knew we had a 20-month-old toddler at home. He understood the immense strain that not being able to use the kitchen, laundry, or (most critically) the bathtub was putting on our family. The full crew worked tirelessly and installed the new pipe in one day! Thursday (Cleanup): Ray and one of his guys returned to meticulously clean and restore the worksite. The Final Verdict & Why You Should Hire Them In less than 72 hours from the moment we realized the catastrophic extent of the damage, Ray and his team had excavated our yard, replaced the broken pipe, and restored all of our essential services. The peace of mind that comes from such fast, high-quality, and reliable work is worth every single penny. Ray's timely response was a literal Godsend--he got the job done exactly when he said he would, and the quality is flawless. Ray: Thank you so much for your flexibility with payment and for your understanding of our difficult situation. You and your team are highly recommended!

He is very cost-effective and conscientious about keeping costs under control without ever compromising quality or integrity. RJF brings an old-school mentality in the best sense--smart, hardworking, and detail-oriented, making sure every "T" is crossed and every "I" is dotted. The crew was well managed, professional, and demonstrated strong work ethics with consistent attention to quality. Robert has deep knowledge of all facets of concrete finishes and applications, passed down through this second-generation family business. Trust, ethics, and standards are extremely high, and he made sure the finished product was nothing short of perfect. The job was well planned and executed, even under difficult weather conditions. In summary, I would confidently recommend RJF Concrete Construction for all concrete, masonry, and architectural finish work--both new pours and remodels. This is a contractor you can fully trust from start to finish. Thank you, Robert, and thank you to your entire crew.

It's been several months since I hired RJF to pour a 6" pad for a 2-post lift adjacent to my…read moregarage. The drainage slope of the pad was important to me due to potential flooding issues and past history of this area of the property, so I had specific instructions and desires about how I wanted the water to run off half the pad in a certain direction and the other half of the pad in a somewhat more complicated manner so it would end up in my driveway drain. This water management would avoid potential flooding of the garage. The torrential rains have arrived, and the performance of the runoff is absolutely perfect and channeling off exactly as intended. I couldn't be happier. The concrete is still crack free and the lift is installed and functioning well; also very happy events. Thank you RJF for your professionalism; this is a great addition.

I got very tired of calling Roto Rooter and paying hundreds of dollars to clear our line. Sean was able to prescribe solutions to fixing the breach of the line, 15 feet deep. He exudes confidence, as does his crew. It was done at a fair price, with the job scheduled at our convenience. The sewer line was replaced while we were out of town, so helpful, as we would not have had access to our bathrooms. There was a massive amount of rocks and dirt removed from the 15 foot deep trench, yet when I returned from my trip, there was no obvious sign of the huge work effort by Bay Area Trenchless. What I did find was that the crew had enhanced our cactus rock garden with large boulders that were excavated from the trenches dug. This was above and beyond anything I expected.

Water and waste had a tough time getting out and eventually just rusting through. Walter was one of three contractors that provided a bid, even though he was the most reasonable of the three, you can tell his 25+ years of trades experience provided a very thorough and transparent explanation and path to solve the issue at hand. He knew he could accomplish the work himself without an assistant so I hired him right away. He accomplished the work on time and tested the work to make sure everything flowed properly. Walter has knowledge of what's going to work and what doesn't, this is a sign of a good plumber...and he explains the options in detail. He also let me know that he performs bathroom and kitchen remodels plus flooring as he was trained in these trades and has done many of these jobs in the valley. He's a reliable and skilled contractor that doesn't waste time nor money, this is the type of person and owner of a business that you want working on your house or commercial project.

I can't speak to this because I didn't hire Keefe to drive, nor have I see him drive. But I witnessed the quality of his work and my interactions with him during this process, and he was fantastic in all aspects. I hired Keefe to install a gas line in my fireplace. Actually he had to move an existing line for a log starter that was in the wrong place for a gas insert. Not only is the externally visible piping less conspicuous than the original pipe he replaced, but he did a surprisingly good job patching the hole for the old pipe. He went out of his way to avoid making a mess inside my house and did a great job cleaning up. While it seems unlikely I'll need another gas line plumber anytime soon, I would not hesitate to hire him again. 5 stars!
