Excellent office, very efficient and friendly. It is a small office but rarely is there much of a wait. Highly recommended!

I went here to get my blood drawn after the nurse at my doctor's office stuck me five times and failed to get enough blood for my labwork.

I called in advance, to find out whether the test I was going to be taking required fasting. The person who answered the phone was polite and helpful, even if she didn't immediately understand my question. Placing the order for the test online (and remitting payment) was easy. The check-in process at the office also went smoothly, with a wait time that was probably less than 30 seconds. Hue was both pleasant and professional. The facilities impressed us as very clean and the room where my blood was drawn had an absolutely gorgeous view! The very next morning, I was notified of the results by email. Fortunately for me, everything proved to be normal. I consider the fee to be reasonable and was pleased with the ample parking around the medical building. On the basis of my own recent experience, I would highly recommend LabCorp on Blossom Hill. TIP: If at all possible, make an appointment and pay in advance online, as that will greatly reduce wait time once you get there. Of course, it should help to arrive on time.

Super messed up way to treat people. I'd give them negative 5 if I could.

Like others lament...if I could give zero stars... Every interaction has been shockingly inept…read more My very first appointment was a combination of preventative / catching up on immunizations / and one concern I brought up. The majority of the visit got coded Medical (I pay) even though all but one part of the visit was provider-side initiated. What a shock to get a $1383 bill on my FIRST VISIT! My insurance agreed that about $700 of the bill should have been 100% covered but it was coded as "Medical" (I asked for the tests/checkup/immunizations, not the doctor). Sutter denied my review. Instead of just taking care of it (don't they WANT to get paid - does it matter WHO FROM?), I get messages to call this number or that to figure out the bill. Now - they have my medication help prisoner for me to return but I have no confidence in this clinic to do their end of the job. I definitely can't afford to pay $700 for every doctor visit. Oh... and in 8 months of being under this doctor's "care" - visits and follow up have all been through their PA. Doc hasn't even seen me yet! On top of coding labs as Medical (I pay) and not Preventative (plan pays), my ins says their lab (Palo Alto) charges astronomically more than other labs. So, in addition to getting stuck with the bill for what should be 100% covered, I'm getting charged the Tech Tax! Fast forward, I'm at the lab to get the work done so my "care team" can take care of me - and the lab didn't even have my orders. I asked two different ways for COPIES of my lab orders and was told that they were faxed over. I'm going to have a freaking stroke before I can get my meds out of jail. I've had better experiences at DMV during rush hour. Quite possibly in the Top 3 of worst service I've received in 40 years - top to bottom.

Your wait time varies based on how many people are ahead of you. I suggest making an appointment via their website but if you have a fasting test, it might be a better idea to come in as a walk-in when they first open. Update: Please, please please the owner of this lab, hire someone to run the front desk to make this place more efficient. The patient load has picked up here and if you come in before appointment times, because you are fasting, if you aren't the first one in the door, the wait is really long. It isn't the employee's fault either. You have him doing everything and the waiting room is packed. It's torture to have to wait that long for a blood draw when you are fasting.

Avoid if you use a wheelchair. It's unlikely you'll even be able to enter the lab…read more TLDR: * There's no space for a wheelchair in the waiting room with 6 chairs for non wheelchair users, so you'll have to wait outside. * You'll only be able to fit through the hallway if your chair is very skinny AND if they move things out of your way. With the wheels my manual chair is less than 30 inches wide, and if my chair had been an inch wider I wouldn't have been able to make it (even with the 5 point turn) * They may try to replace the things they moved to let you get by, effectively blocking your entrance/exit. I went to get lab work done here today and had to wait outside because my wheelchair didn't fit in the lobby. It would have fit if one of the chairs had been moved. I just barely fit through the hallway, and they had to move a box for me to do a 5 point turn to get to the room where they draw blood. Once I got past the hallway, they replaced the box and effectively locked me in the back room with no way out. I said "can you keep the hallway free? If there's any sort of emergency I would be stuck, and even if there isn't, it makes me uncomfortable to feel locked in this room." The woman who had just replaced the box in the hallway said "we don't have the space." I responded and said "It's not my fault that you don't have the space for people like me. Can you please leave the hallway free so that I can have a way to enter and exit the building?" After she giving me a rude look while moving the box back out of the hallway, she walked up to where I was starting to transfer out of my wheelchair and said "you need to move. You're in my way" and pointed to a cart behind my wheelchair that I hadn't seen. I again, said, "It's not my fault that you don't have space for people like me" (a phrase I've learned to memorize as someone in a wheelchair who is frequently harassed for "being in the way") and followed it with "I'll move it where I can, I would just ask that you please don't touch it, because it's incredibly expensive and people who don't know how it works could break it" (the one star instead of zero is because they did what I ask and didn't touch my wheelchair). There was nowhere at all for me to put my wheelchair without it being in her way, so I removed the footrests, and pushed the chair as close to the wall as possible right in front of the lab chair and propped my own legs up on my wheelchair along with my keys, wallet, phone, and footrests. The phlebotomist drew my blood in silence, and I left through the back exit while they replaced the box that had blocked my way in. I don't think I've reviewed anything in the last 10 years, (even with all of the awful experiences I've had with accessibility now that I use a wheelchair), but there's something particularly dehumanizing about paying $150 to get lab work done at a medical facility (that should be equipped to at least let wheelchair users enter the hallway, if not wait in the waiting room) only to have to wait in the heat, wait for a path to be cleared, and told that they have to block my entrance and exit because they "don't have the space" to make sure that I can get safely in and out of the building.

She is the only initial doctor that ordered tests to determine what "kind" of yeast I was facing, as it was resistant to the most common medications. However, after 2+ years of working with Dr. Soni, eliminating sugar, gluten, dairy, and going on every single diet you can even imagine...15+ supplements daily, mental exhaustion from the toll this horrific infection was having on my relationship with my partner, pain with any form of intimacy which led to exceptionally limited intimate moments with my partner as everything constantly burned and itched, encouragement from Dr. Soni to move out of my house because she was convinced my issue was stemming from mold (all mold tests came back negative in my home and body), I finally decided to go to another practitioner. Shame on me for not doing so sooner, but we put our trust in doctors to encourage us to seek other help if they simply don't have the answers. The next doctor I saw told me that the meds Dr. Soni had me on would not treat the issue, as they were taken orally and needed to be used as a suppository, given the infection. My new doctor prescribed the correct medication and in one week I was yeast free (and still am, months later!). I WISH I could have these past 2+ years of my life back and the $50k+ I spent on treating a YEAST infection. Lesson learned - always get a second opinion. I hope I can encourage others to do the same if you aren't finding the answers to your medical issues. UPDATE per doctor's response - I have NOT moved homes. That was a recommendation per the doctor that I was not willing to make as I did not believe mold was the issue. I was correct. I am not sure why that was extrapolated from my statement. The $50k was inclusive of doctors appointments, labs, treatments, not moving. Happy to provide receipts (this was inclusive of other doctors since I did not get the help I needed in the first place). Per my new doctor - This was a simple issue that just needed the proper treatment in the first place.
