This is the LabCorp that I've been going to for the past 6 months due to some health issues. Honestly, LabCorp has never been a place that I've been excited to go to and have never had a quick trip. Compared to other LabCorps, most of the staff is somewhat friendly. A few things to note: This is on the third floor. The times posted online and they will be in office, but if you get here 30 seconds after they close and they will not let you in. I think that's fair, just be aware of it! Do not come here during lunch - you will be here for at least 1.5-2 hours. The best times to come are right when they open at 7:00 AM or right before they close. Make sure to check in and the "check in here" desk. When you wait for so long, you see a lot of people come and go. So many people don't pay attention to the sign and just go to the front desk- that really annoys them! There is no point in making an appointment. It is first come first serve based on when you checked in. The appointment does literally nothing. There is a sign that says to go to the front desk if you've waited for over 30 minutes. Don't do it - they get annoyed and you will almost always wait for over 30 minutes at this location.

If you have hard to find veins, Dhunshvi is excellent. I appreciated her technique and she was friendly as well.

I walked in without an appointment at 12:15. No waiting. Kind sensitive and excellent at drawing blood.

Don't bother making an appointment ahead of time - you'll need to wait in a crowded reception room for 30-45 minutes regardless.

Fast and quick. I was able to get bloodwork without a doctor prescription. I just paid cash. They get result in about 3 days.

It has a convenient check-in process with the kiosk. But this place is quiet under staffed.

I needed to have some lab work done, and came by this morning. I had made an appointment online…read more I checked in and took a seat. I only waited 5 minutes and I was called back. The young lady who took my blood did a great job. Staff is really nice here with excellent quality of care.

Like others lament...if I could give zero stars... Every interaction has been shockingly inept…read more My very first appointment was a combination of preventative / catching up on immunizations / and one concern I brought up. The majority of the visit got coded Medical (I pay) even though all but one part of the visit was provider-side initiated. What a shock to get a $1383 bill on my FIRST VISIT! My insurance agreed that about $700 of the bill should have been 100% covered but it was coded as "Medical" (I asked for the tests/checkup/immunizations, not the doctor). Sutter denied my review. Instead of just taking care of it (don't they WANT to get paid - does it matter WHO FROM?), I get messages to call this number or that to figure out the bill. Now - they have my medication help prisoner for me to return but I have no confidence in this clinic to do their end of the job. I definitely can't afford to pay $700 for every doctor visit. Oh... and in 8 months of being under this doctor's "care" - visits and follow up have all been through their PA. Doc hasn't even seen me yet! On top of coding labs as Medical (I pay) and not Preventative (plan pays), my ins says their lab (Palo Alto) charges astronomically more than other labs. So, in addition to getting stuck with the bill for what should be 100% covered, I'm getting charged the Tech Tax! Fast forward, I'm at the lab to get the work done so my "care team" can take care of me - and the lab didn't even have my orders. I asked two different ways for COPIES of my lab orders and was told that they were faxed over. I'm going to have a freaking stroke before I can get my meds out of jail. I've had better experiences at DMV during rush hour. Quite possibly in the Top 3 of worst service I've received in 40 years - top to bottom.

She's…read morebasically a mean girl dressed up as some health coach, who doesn't believe mental health conditions or migraines are legitimate and worthy of her oh so valuable time. I suggest looking elsewhere for someone who is respectful and holistic, seeing ALL people as having value and all health conditions as equally benefitting from her (questionable) nutrition expertise. In her own words:

This review is long overdue. Ellen has been guiding me towards better health for over a year now…read more When I came to her I was stressed, frequently bloated, had fatigue all day long, and had stomach issues that weren't going away. I tried to "fix" myself by trying to eat healthy (I loved fatty foods, but my cholesterol was/is high so I became a vegetarian for a while to try to help lower my cholesterol) and exercise, but despite that, I was still bloated and tired all day. Ellen has a whole system worked out to determine the root cause of health issues that arise. Based on my lab work, she designed a protocol that was tailored to fit me and my health goals. Throughout the process, we had check-ins where I could update her on how I was feeling and see if anything needed to be adjusted. I've been committed to her protocols for over a year now and my health is better than ever. My bloating is gone, I have more consistent energy throughout the day, my stomach aches have all but gone away, and bonus- I've lost a bunch of weight. I'm nearly down to the weight I was in the military in my early 20s, something I was never able to achieve on my own when I got out. Ellen's recommendations are dynamic and tailored, and she considers the person as a whole. Her help has been so vital for me that I'm going to continue working with her until the foreseeable future; my labs are getting to where they need to be, but in the meantime I appreciate being able to reach out to her with questions from the patient portal, getting periodic labwork to check progress, getting access to reduced- price supplements, and having access to see if she recommends any minor adjustments to my protocol. 100% recommend!

I made an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes, even on a day where they were short staffed. They still managed to remain on schedule, and I was in and out pretty quickly. Nancy, the person taking care of me, was such a sweetheart and so compassionate towards my health situation, even sharing a bit of her own experience to make me feel comfortable. I mentioned that I was a little bit squeamish with blood draws, and she did an excellent job of distracting me. I can tell she's very skilled, she drew my blood with little to no poking around for my veins. I had no bruising, soreness or excess bleeding. Most places I've gone to would've left my arm sore for a day or two with bruising, but not here. I was back to using my arm normally within an hour. Nancy took the time to explain to me how to do my stool test at home with very clear instructions to make sure I understood. Amazing patient communication from her. To the people leaving bad reviews because they decided to "walk in" just know that these workers are trying very hard to stay on schedule and they simply cannot just take random people coming in, otherwise, the entire schedule would be delayed. That's unfair for those who took the time to SET up those appointments, just to have someone who walked in take priority. They just don't run things this way and I highly appreciate that they stick to their scheduling system because it keeps things running smoothly and respects everyone's time. Just from my experience in the lobby, I saw the staff handle people very compassionately when explaining that they couldn't accommodate walk-ins. I especially noticed the blonde staff member being incredibly patient and kind with elderly patients, children, and even people in wheelchairs. The staff here genuinely seems caring and professional. If you plan to come here, I recommend scheduling an appointment on their website. Schedule at least 2 days in advance because the time slots fill up quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely come here again for future lab work.

This particular spot was busy upon arrival but that was expected since appointments are recommended but are not required. Staff work at a slow pace so a wait is guaranteed whether you have a scheduled appointment or not. I'd come back if needed due to the experience being manageable. There wasn't anything to rave about, nor complain.
