I would never go back to this blood draw location. I went in to have about 7 vials of blood drawn and the phlebotomist that was drawing my blood was having trouble finding a vein in either arm. She finally found one on the outer edge of inside my arm and once she stuck me (which hurt more than any standard blood draw I'd had in the past) she proceeded to dig around my vein with the needle struggling to get the blood flow. Once she did, she got 3 files in and said the blood was slowing and she had to pull out and proceeded to do the same process on my other arm. I've had countless blood drawn in the past and this by far was the most painful. I never bruise after a blood draw and this own "blue" up the veins in both arms. Most definitely will never return to this lab again. read more

Function Health diagnostics brought me here. A blood draw is similar to a visit to the dentist...you do it because you have to, and with a sense of dread. This experience was actually as pleasant as they come. Checkin in self service and the person who did the draw was very pleasant and professional. Easy peasy. read more

The young lady was super sociable and sweet. She was fast and I had the best experience with a lovely lady named Dipali. She was so kind and patient. She has a beautiful bedside manner and not once did I feel the needle ~ when she first inserted it and when she removed it. read more

Good service Not that long of a wait yet the approval process via Medicare leaves something to be desired Clean rooms efficient and competent staff read more

Thus Quest is under new managment and the service is worth then ever. I have been a customer for many years and lately am avoiding going to this location. I had scheduled an appointment and then decided to come earlier as my test was fasting and I needed to eat and take medication with food.I was not able to sign as walk in. The lead at the facility told me to use a different number and try to log in, so I followed her instructions and it was still showing my original time, when I try to talk to her again, she said she was not available and two phlebatomists ,I tried talk to were not friendly and refused to listen. I will not be back! read more

This Quest Testing center was amazing! They started the day off on time. They also were able to answer a question on whether a glucose lab was available the minute I walked through the door. They also were constantly updating people the amount of appointments there were for the day and whether they were on time (which they were). They also took me in for a 2 hour lab as a walk-in despite a full schedule 5 minutes in. They were also very friendly and checked in on me often as I was doing a 2hr glucose lab. I really enjoyed my experience here. read more

Waste of time. Terrible customer service. Their lab hours say open until 11:30am on a Saturday. Checked in on their kiosk well before closing time. The waiting room is full of people. I found out that most of the people had been waiting 2-3 hours. No one ever came out to tell us they were closed at 12pm we were still sitting until someone went to find a Phlebotomist after knocking on the door several times. You should not be advertising walk-in appointments if you don't intend to take people read more

I love this Quest diagnostics location because of the phlebotomists. They are always extremely nice, compassionate, careful and detailed. They really take the time to check on the information and on the patients. I get a bit woozy and pretty nervous with any needle procedures and they care so much for your well being. They always ask if I'm okay the entire time and try to talk to me to distract from the blood drawing. Making appointments is pretty easy here but the wait time is iffy. Sometimes I get called in right away and other times I do have to wait about 10-15 minutes or 20-30 on a bad day. read more

Great experience. Walked in on a Saturday morning expecting to wait hours but they were super efficient and wait time was maybe 30 minutes tops which I thought was reasonable considering how crowded it was. read more

A mess, come here 3 times with an appointment every time. I end up sitting in there for over an hour. Need to figure their shit out

This place is busy, do yourself a favor and make an appointment online, it's quick and easy. I made an appointment and my wait time was only 10 minutes. I feel really bad for the staff, they get so many people coming in as a walk in and asking so many questions. My tech, Linda was very helpful and nice. She kept apologizing for the wait time. read more

0/5 -- Worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility. I made an appointment with Quest, showed up on time, and STILL ended up waiting almost two hours like my time meant nothing. What's the point of having an appointment system if you completely ignore it? The staff was unbelievably rude -- talking with an attitude, dismissive, and acting like patients are a burden. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a healthcare setting. Instead of helping, they made everything more stressful and uncomfortable. This place is disorganized, slow, and the customer service is downright awful. I will never come back here again and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I had an appointment but still waited about 25 minutes past my scheduled time. The staff was polite but seemed disorganized. They also forgot to label my stool sample container, and I had to manually write my name and date of birth on it. For a medical testing facility, I expected a bit more attention to process and accuracy. read more

Quest service is excellent if you make an appointment. I made mine one week ago. When I arrived at the exact appointment time of 8:50, the checkin was easy. You'll need your insurance card and drivers license at the kiosk. There were 3 appointments ahead of me and at least 10 walk-in which are displayed on a monitor. I waited 20 minutes. Masks are provided. The nurse was excellent. One needle injector and 3 blood samples taken with almost no needle mark. The parking lot was pretty full. The 2581 building is a bit hard to see from the lot. Note the direction arrows when you drive in. They send reminders and a QR code for fast checkin. I would definitely go back. read more

Don't bother coming to Quest if you don't make an appointment. The worst experience BOTH times I've gone to Quest. I think they have only 2 people working at the lab and wait times are forever for each person with an appointment. In the end they tell you it's just better to leave (an hour before closing). Had a wonderful experience at Lab Corp by the way! Urge everyone to go to Lab Corp instead of Quest! They are way more professional. read more

The office experience wasn't pleasant. No front desk staff to answer questions or help patients, specially with self check in. When someone show up, they are unfriendly and never have time to answer questions. Parking lot is terrible - no much options. Although the phlebotomists are a bit nicer, it doesn't justify the negative experience I have more than once. Forget walk-ins - read more

Horrible, Kafkaesque experience. Avoid at all cost. 30 people in cramped waiting room, no receptionist, no way of knowing where you are in line. All I needed was to pick up a sample kit for an elderly relative and had an hour to do this during lunch. No problem, right? A simple pick-up? Nope, the (badly designed) kiosk gave me drop-in priority, warned me they might not get to me today, and predicted a two hour wait. I walked out after an hour (my lunch period). This was the experience for a simple pick-up that should have been handled in three minutes by the no longer available receptionist. Add in the extremely rude blonde lady who brushed off any requests/questions with responses ranging from sarcastic to disparaging/to full on mean girl treatment. All while listening to a video on a repeat roll explaining how their new system was "so easy, so friendly, so fast". Did I mention Kafka flashbacks? Hard to imagine a worse experience. Do Drs know this is the sort of service Quest now provides? I'll ask for ANYTHING but Quest next time I need testing. If anyone at Quest is listening and you want to improve (with a near monopoly and so obvious unaddressed rudeness it's not clear you want to) staff appropriately, train on friendly customer service, and bring back your receptionists. read more

Just had a very positive, quick, clean and pleasant experience with Janet. I am a very nervous patient, who often faints. She distracted me, comforted me, and overall, we did great. Thanks Janet! read more

Old white lady with glasses very rude and unprofessional. Place closes at 11:30 on Saturday's. I was on the waitlist for an hour. She told us at 11 to leave if we haven't been seen, then at 11:15 kicked everyone out. Seems like she was in a rush to leave early rather than do her job. read more

Wait in line forever only to be told they don't do swabs and you have to go do it at home and bring it back. Then when you come back need to wait again just to drop it off. What a huge waste of time. Should make this a lot simple to drop off a swab or allow you to just swab yourself in the bathroom or something and give it there. What a joke. Kaiser lab is much better. read more

I drove around to different locations the walk in so hard to fit those in especially on a weekend. I came to the one on Samaritan Dr. It's like 18 mins away from my house. I came here and the phlebotomist Amber was so nice even greeted me and I was a walk in only waited 10 mins. I was surprised but it was a good experience out of all the other labs I've been to. read more

The worst lab I have ever been to. Unprofessional staff, overbooked and not enough people in the back. Don't recommend it at all

This place is fully messed up. With an appointment you may be waiting one to two hours to just get your lab done. The management needs to look into this. read more

Kiara the phlebotomist who works at this location is the absolute sweetest! She goes above and beyond to help patients, and medical professionals who come in to drop off specimens and does it with such grace. 10/10 recommend coming to her for any lab work you need- she's AMAZING. So grateful for hard working people like her, thank you Kiara!!! read more

You know it's bad when you open up yelp to leave a review while IN THE WAITING ROOM. Never, EVER, EVER. EVVVVWEEEEEER do walk in. It has been 2 hours I'm sitting here and waiting, with NO end in sight. I have no clue when I'm going to be served. I keep having to text my boss. This is VERY bad. If I at least had an idea of WHEN I'm being served, this would be 10% better. This is an absolute catastrophe. Staff is very rude and unapproachable too except for one young female. read more

Wish I could give 0 or negative stars! Staff are really rude and wait is super long. I have been waiting for more than 2 hours, and 15 minutes before they were closed, they said sorry we are not taking any walk-ins. Why didn't you tell us at the first place? Worst place EVER! Avoid if you can. read more

Horrible horrible horrible I had an appointment but still had to wait 35 mins. There is no one at the front desk. So if you have a question, good luck figuring it out! The tech who worked on me was hostile and rough. I jumped when she poked me with the needle. I've felt pain when doing blood work but not like this. The bandage she put on fell off even before I walked out of the facility. Go to Labcorp. They have people at the front. Staff is friendlier. I have never waited more than 5 mins with appointments at labcorp. read more

if you have more than 3 hours to waste in the waiting room, and energy to put up with staff who won't help, then this is the place for you. Don't say you weren't warned!!! The lady who drew blood was nice, but the rest of the personnel should be either fired or trained differently ! Horrible experience, brought back memories from when I was living in a communist country, only this place was even worse! Spare yourself some time and go elsewhere. And make sure you get an appointment first! read more

I will not be returning to Quest. It was really frustrating that they don't have a staffed front desk with no one to ask a simple question to. I ended up making an appointment to pick up a specimen cup. I arrived less than 1 minute late for the appointment and when I finally rudely had to interrupt a patient t who was being taken back to ask what was going on, the tech told me my name was called 5 times. That couldn't have happened unless they called my name 5 times in a row. I understand I should have been early, but 30 seconds late to an appointment I waited an hour and a half for seems ridiculous. And this was only for a specimen cup mind you. Had there been someone at the desk, all of this could have been avoided. read more

PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN You will get appointments sooner in DMV than any Quest location. They don't even stick to their own office opening hours. Was waiting in the walk-in line and suddenly two jokers appear to say that they are ending the lab for the day on a Saturday at around 11:35AM. Their walk-ins compete with DMV non-appointment wait times and might easily beat DMV. At the end of the day, you are health care location with a much bigger responsibility towards society and that's precisely is what they are missing. read more

If I can give zero stars I would. I had an appointment and yet I still waited almost 2 hours. Only for me to find out that they cannot find my orders in their system, which is not their fault, but I was already agitated by the fact that they made me wait that long despite having an appointment. Other quest locations are not this bad and they usually have only 1 to 2 people working inside and yet they are more efficient and able to manage people's appointments. Avoid it at all costs! read more

Worst unprofessional staff. My child came for a blood test and they forgot to draw blood for half the orders and my child has come again. It's difficult getting a child to the lab to begin with. Took a couple if weeks just to make an appointment. Stay away read more

I have come this location before with an appointment and as a walk in. Always for routine lab work for upcoming doctors appointment. Today will be my last visit to this Quest Lab. I tried booking and appointment at 4:10pm on their website but as I was entering my insurance information the site froze. It would not accept my number and would not let me move forward to confirm the appointment. No big deal their website and App said they accept walk-in's and they were open until 4:30pm. I drove over arriving and checking into their automated kiosk at around 4:03 pm. After waiting 5 minutes with no one else in the waiting room - an associate came out and informed me they were closing at 4:30 pm and don't accept walk in after 4pm. I explained their website said they were open until 4:30 and accepted walk ins. She said that corporate forgot to post this on their website and update their in office check in device. Blame rather than help. I explained that I had already checked in with my insurance and license and asked could they make an exception to their 4pm policy to which they said no. I was surprised given they were not helping anyone else. The waiting room was empty and just 3 hours earlier it said they had an open 4:10 appt. Rather than helping solve the problem the tech said too bad and come back some other day. I explained my doctors appt was Thursday (it was Tuesday). They said sorry you checked in 3 minutes past the unadvertised 4pm cut off. I was upset but thought why not look up LabCorp - turns out their office is in the building behind Quest Labs. LabCorp is open until 5p. I walked in - checked in to their system at 4:27 and was out the door with my labs drawn by 4:35. Night and day - customer service at this LabCorp location was great (and so much better than Quest location). I encourage anyone reading this to consider how two different companies handled the customer situation. I think I will be taking my business to Lab Corp. And Quest if you are reading this you should discuss with your staff that were on duty Tuesday 12/6 at 4pm. And please update your hours to 4pm on your website. And your business cards in the office which say Mon-Fri 6:30am-5:00pm. read more

Bad experience overall! I was 2nd in stand by list and I noticed that my name was removed while I was waiting for already almost an hour then went to almost 2 hrs of waiting, the lady there wasnt so helpful at all! She just made an excuse just trying to shove me off! I told here been there super early coz im aware i got no appointment and she was some has been here at 6 and they open 7:30am! Approached them many times until I got so angry! Almost no one is there but still they are not calling me. No customer service at all. But to be fair, a very nice asian lady named Danica helped me finally when I approached her, she is very nice and accommodating, she didnt see my name on the list! They might have accidentally removed me from the list that is why all the people behind me in the list were called except from me! I was so upset already and of course I somehow lashed out on her but I apologized many times for being angry. Just go here with appointment, I always do make appointments but this only one time I went walk in coz my doctor needs me to do it asap. read more

Horrible experience! Showed up at my appointment and did a mobile check in not knowing their mobile check in doesn't work. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, the technician told me they can not take my sample because I was more than 10 minutes late. When I explained that I did a mobile check in, they told me that doesn't always work (and I was supposed to know that!!) Instead, they gave me a lecture about being 15 minutes early next time! They did 0 effort in trying to be helpful... They also told me my insurance might not cover it and that I should contact my doctor. When I asked to step in the lobby to call my doctor (because they wouldn't let me make a call inside the lab), they said if I step out, I'd lose my appointment!!! This is absolutely outrageous! I lost two hours of work today because these people are useless. I've been on hold with customer service for the past 31 minutes now trying to file a complaint! This business is a scam. read more

No wonder it has low rating. But poor patient they have no choice but to put up with these low class services. I can in today for the second time for the same test in a week and each technician tells me something different. So end up wasting my time twice two appointments to different days for nothing. And when I ask the second technician ("Linda" which is rude and arrogant and thinks she is too smart) Why I was not told the same information first time I came, She said I am not your physician and that's not my job. And another note while I was waiting for my appointment another family " she seems to know well by the greeting and the hugs " came in with no appointment and she went outside greeting them and helping them checking in and told them so we can hear it will be along wait there are like 15 appointments in the next hour. Then less than 15 minutes later they were called in by another technician from the other door. Which was very obvious hook up. read more

Hell yes I'm giving them 5 stars!!! Pops needed a blood test so we did a walk in. After signing in electronically, which was a snap even for someone who's computer illiterate like I am. Pop sat down in the waiting room and we waited approximately six minutes later they called our name, "which was amazingly surprising fast" as we walked back I saw an employee that I recognized from the quest diagnosis on Graves Avenue "which is temporary closed" she did not recognize me but I certainly recognized her, super sweet lady " her name is Joan" She told me they've been going through about 200 people a day at this location "so for my father to be seen in proximately five minutes was pretty amazing to me, they even allowed him to use the restroom" The inside of the building is well-kept and clean, nothing out of place. 5 stars all around read more
