    My husband and I scheduled with them last week, and we had such a wonderful experience! We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in, the place smelled nice and felt very welcoming. We didn't have to wait long at all and were ushered straight into the room. Our baby was a bit camera-shy, but our ultrasound tech was incredibly patient and kind. She did everything she could to capture our baby's face, even offered me juice and water and gave me time to walk around so the baby could reposition. Thanks to her patience, we ended up getting so many great views and adorable video clips. We also got a teddy bear with our baby's recorded heartbeat, and all the photos and videos were saved on a cute USB stick for us to take home, such a thoughtful touch! Overall, the whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. I'd definitely recommend this studio to any expecting parents looking for a special first glimpse of their little one!

    Highly Recommended! My husband, our two-year-old daughter, and I did the $200 ultrasound package, and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, especially with our little one tagging along. They made sure we got the best ultrasound pictures of our baby, taking their time and putting in extra effort to get those perfect shots. You can really tell they care about their clients and love what they do. We left with big smiles and beautiful memories. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and professional ultrasound experience for their family.

    Absolutely the sweetest team at Baby's First Glance! It was my first time coming to this office and won't be the last. The team was so attentive, caring and thoughtful during the whole appointment. I would recommend to any expecting mothers that needs some ease during the beginning of their pregnancy. I was 9 weeks and was able to hear the heartbeat & get a stuffed animal with the heartbeat, now I can hear it always! I can't wait to schedule another appointment with this office for my 3D images of my baby. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and once and a lifetime experience!

    Such an amazing experience and got great ultrasound pictures despite my baby covering his face! The staff was very kind.

    Had a pretty good experience at Valley Radiology Ciro, though a couple things to note…read more Was leaning toward a 4 star because they got me in and out quickly, front desk person was effective and pleasant enough; would just really like the ability to make appointments for x-rays (that would've put them into 5 star range) but walking in ended up working well, at least before 10 AM. I called the week before to ask a couple basic questions and while they didn't pick up the first time, I got through the second time and they quickly answered my questions, which was nice. Taking a star off for the x-ray tech Kelly...saw him mentioned in multiple other reviews (older balding man, not heavyset) and instantly felt the vibes that were putting people off. He was abrupt, dismissive of others, full of himself, gave me a strongly coded shut up (it was a 'stop talking' but in this demeaning way) the first question I tried to ask... Within a couple minutes it was blatantly obvious I was dealing with a full blown narcissist, but at least a narcissist who was quick and effective at his job. Got me out in a couple minutes, with a side of heebie jeebies from his personality. Bedside manner is part of being in healthcare and he lacks it, but he run machine good.

On three separate occasions, I attempted to speak to someone to make the necessary changes: I was placed on hold for 12 minutes, only to be disconnected. I called again, I was on hold for 10 minutes, and again, the call was disconnected. My Third Attempt, I specifically requested not to be placed on hold and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to the manager, Rosa D. and I explained my experience with being disconnected twice , her only response , "What do you want me to do about it?" We found the manager's response frustrating and unhelpful. Instead of addressing our concerns and offering assistance, the manager's dismissive attitude and lack of empathy left us feeling unsupported. This experience was not only unprofessional but also failed to resolve the issue at hand. Instances of poor customer service should be addressed to ensure that other patients do not face similar issues in the future. Hopefully, Rosa's supervisor would attend to this matter and take necessary steps to improve the service provided.

There is next to no handicap parking, (far less than a hospital should have, at any rate) and the Valet is often not there, like to take your car, or to bring it back. I've noticed on super busy days they only have one valet at the stand in front of the Building Q. So cars and people waiting to retrieve their cars are stacked up waiting on one poor valet to hustle around getting everyones cars taken care of. The valet service needs to HIRE more people and PAY them better so they stay with the company. This screams bad management. No one should be the only person at a valet stand. Especially not at a busy hospital when people have appointments to get to on time, and there is next to no ADA parking.

No nurse EVER came in to check up on us or say "the doctor is running late...." Perhaps if there was so communication, I wouldn't write such a horrible review, but this was just awful! After the doctor spent 2 minutes looks at my son's broken wrist, he said "looks like he healed fine...." Which his wrist was STILL SWOLLEN! We went to Stanford and his PCP there was PISSED! She said he needed to wear his wrist brace at LEAST 6-8 more weeks as she ordered 2 X rays and OT! This doctor dismissed my son since he's an older teenager and said he'd be fine..... ughhhh
