They need a separate place to chit chat amongst themselves. The issue with this office came after my visit. I discovered that Dr. Lim incorrectly coded my visit as an Office Visit. Well Visits were covered by my Health Insurance, but Office Visits for non-necessary medical purposes were obviously not. This office incorrectly coded my claim to ensure maximum payments. I thought this could have been an honest mistake, but after calling for a correction, I was told that I was wrong, and that the claim was correctly coded. As someone who has worked in Health Care, I am aware that this occurs, but seeing it happen first hand is surprising. Be aware that visiting this office may mean an incorrect coding of your claim.

This appointment had been make two months previously and I couldn't get another for a month. First visit I was left in the exam room for an hour after a nurse left to "check something" and didn't come back. I stuck my head out in the hall and was rudely told to remain in the exam room by a passing doctor, I couldn't be in the hall. Getting very frustrated by now I used my cell phone to call the front desk. An angry receptionist told me I shouldn't be calling the desk, and said she would send a nurse to see me. The nurse finally came and didn't remember what she was supposed to do for me, so by then I just left, having forgotten myself. Avoid this practice if possible.
