Dr Lim is really good! Informative and thorough. The other physician Assistants also make me feel…read moreuncomfortable, so if you go here I recommend DR Lim. The administration (Front desk staff) are terrible, they're rude on the phone and in person, it makes the overall experience pretty bad. They're all business and no great customer service skills. Good luck getting a smile out of these women. Also, that glass window in the front doesn't prevent patients from hearing what they say, so you can hear when they're talking bad about patients or when the go on and on about someones boyfriend or their daily life. They need a separate place to chit chat amongst themselves. In addition, the front desk person asks loudly about insurance details and private info from patients WHEN all the patients can hear in the waiting room, talk about boarder line Privacy violations, they really need to consider the set up of the waiting room or wait until the patient is inside the clinic to ask private questions.

I visited Dr. Lim for a Physical in March. I had not been for a physical for a couple years, and…read morewas recommended this Office by my wife, who had a great experience. After arriving at the office, and filling out paperwork, I waited for an hour and a half in three different patient rooms. Dr. Lim was very quick with my physical, but gave me a clean bill of health. The issue with this office came after my visit. I discovered that Dr. Lim incorrectly coded my visit as an Office Visit. Well Visits were covered by my Health Insurance, but Office Visits for non-necessary medical purposes were obviously not. This office incorrectly coded my claim to ensure maximum payments. I thought this could have been an honest mistake, but after calling for a correction, I was told that I was wrong, and that the claim was correctly coded. As someone who has worked in Health Care, I am aware that this occurs, but seeing it happen first hand is surprising. Be aware that visiting this office may mean an incorrect coding of your claim.

This was actually the worst clinic I have ever been to in Santa Clara county who has racist…read moreemployees. I am a healthcare worker who treats in home children with ASD, so I was prepared to walk into my appointment to get COVID vaccinated in order to continue working. As I stepped to the door there was a white blonde lady, gave me 'Karen' vibes, and immediately said "you were here just now." And I'm standing there confused because I've never seen this woman in my life and I was just trying to get my shot. She then said "you just spoke to my manager" and that was when I realize she must've mistaken me for someone else. She scoffed and didn't bother taking my temperature and just tossed me aside to wait for the manager while everyone else got to go in smoothly. I was on time for my appointment, but waiting for the manager took so long I left. I have just never experienced such discrimination or generalization as an Asian American? Definitely not something I expected at any hospital considering I was wearing a mask so how can they have the audacity to say I was just here. I came in on Wednesday 1/13/21 at 11:45AM if anyone can investigate who was currently the front door shift taking temperatures. I was disappointed in the service here as I wasn't able to get in for no reason, I read the guidelines and none of which I experienced. I may have been disrespected here, but what bothers me the most is that now my YOUNG patients have to wait another week to resume treatment with me due to the ignorance of people who make assumptions. Maybe there was another Asian girl with blonde hair before me, but to call me someone else with no justification? I was beyond confused and agitated at this lady.

Today, I my elderly father had an appointment for his Covid vaccination at this clinic. My father…read morehas limited mobility and needs my help to bring inside. We arrived 45 minutes prior to his appointment, and the line waiting to get into the building was all the way across the parking lot. Today was extremely bad weather with winds, rain and cold temperatures. Unfortunately, all the people waiting in line was elderly and not prepared to be getting wet and having to wait outside like this with no shelter etc. When we called and made the appointment, we were promised proper ADA accommodations and was ensured that we would be taken right in and not having to stand in very long lines, especially in the cold and wet weather. The ONE person outside signing everyone in was extremely overwhelmed and which made things even slower. I was very disappointed in the service to the elderly and no special accommodations were made due to the weather etc. Sorry to say it could have been much better organized and should have been much more caring for the elderly and people that needed better ADA accommodations.
