Dr. Amy never once ridiculed me on my weight or diet and actually took the time to listen to me and get me the help that I needed. I finally felt heard after years of horrible pain, she assured me that nothing I was feeling was normal and got me the help I needed. They informed me that this happens all the time, people choose Dr Kumar as their Primary Care Physician on Anthem's website, but Dr Kumar doesn't take Anthem EPO. So she gets the premiums when patients are healthy, and then refuses coverage when patients are in need of care. CRIMINALS. They refuse to update their misrepresentation on Anthem's website. They should all go to prison.

The office staff is HORRIBLE. I have never experienced this degree of pure laziness in my life. I had to fill out new paper work online and email it to them before I could make a new appointment. You can't even make an appointment with them. They give inaccurate information. They let a previously employed doctor take my patient/personal files to his new office without permission. Finally, after some back and forth, it was corrected with insurance. The weird thing is that I gave all the this info when I scheduled. This should have been check beforehand. Next was seeing the doctor. He just came in and just ask a bunch of questions and just sent me on my way. He didn't spend any time to know about me or my health. They need a separate place to chit chat amongst themselves. Well Visits were covered by my Health Insurance, but Office Visits for non-necessary medical purposes were obviously not. This office incorrectly coded my claim to ensure maximum payments. I thought this could have been an honest mistake, but after calling for a correction, I was told that I was wrong, and that the claim was correctly coded. As someone who has worked in Health Care, I am aware that this occurs, but seeing it happen first hand is surprising. Be aware that visiting this office may mean an incorrect coding of your claim.

Unfortunately, all the people waiting in line was elderly and not prepared to be getting wet and having to wait outside like this with no shelter etc. When we called and made the appointment, we were promised proper ADA accommodations and was ensured that we would be taken right in and not having to stand in very long lines, especially in the cold and wet weather. The ONE person outside signing everyone in was extremely overwhelmed and which made things even slower. I was very disappointed in the service to the elderly and no special accommodations were made due to the weather etc. Sorry to say it could have been much better organized and should have been much more caring for the elderly and people that needed better ADA accommodations.
