Lab Lagree has mostly good instructors but the Burbank location is so hot. They only have a portable AC that comes on a handful of times, if that. The La Crescenta location has been hot too but they have central AC it seems. Found out about this place through ClassPass. New studio with plenty of reformers nicely spaced out. Many cubbies where you can place your stuff. The cubbies even have hooks so that you can hang up your jacket. Nice restroom. Plenty of free parking in a shared lot. There were only a few of us in the class, so the instructor made sure that we were doing things properly. I appreciated it when she corrected me in my positioning. Her instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely come back. read more

Fantastic studio, brand new and everything looks fantastic. The cubbies, the paint on the walls the fabulous bathrooms and the equipment are all top-notch. Great location, parking and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My fiancé and I went in for the first time and had a awesome workout. My abs were sore in places they have never been sore before lol. This studio opened up near our house recently and i couldn't be happier! The instructors here are amazing, they are all extremely kind and knowledgeable in what they are doing. That's especially important for me right now because I'm in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. I knew i wanted to work out throughout my pregnancy but didn't exactly know what I could do and what I couldn't do, but the instructors were able to help me modify and practice Lagree in a safe way. I don't know of any other workout or gym where you can see core definition and results in as little as 6 weeks. I'm so glad LAB is open in our town, it's a new way of exercise which is low impact but very fulfilling to ensure a great workout, increase heart rate, the shakes and sweats, all while building your core. The place is super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The instructors are all very friendly, they know you by name, and always welcome you in. Noella, the owner is the nicest person...she has really fun contests and just makes being part of the LAB fam an exciting place to be. I've been coming for 3 months and already notice a snatched waist, a definition and overall toned body. I love this place and it's an exercise I can do everyday without getting bored of it.
