Dr. Judy Liao is both professional and very knowledgeable. In such a short amount of examination time she was able to tell me more about my eyes than any previous optometrist I have seen. All optometrists are not created equal as I have been fitted with contact lenses that have caused me to have painful corneal ulcers in the last, but Dr. Liao is a cut above the rest. Dr. Liao was also very thorough in checking my eyes as she discovered that my eyes were inflamed from a cold before fitting me with a pair of contacts, which undoubtedly would have irritated them. read more

Went to pick up my glasses Friday, they were just what I wanted. I love their new location, and they have convenient parking in the structure. What I like most is the new office layout inside and it is beautifully decorated, but on top of that the doctor does an awesome job of answering any questions that I might have. This place is great, the doctor is very nice she was great and was patient with answering my questions. The assistants were very nice also, didn't pressure me in getting glasses there and greatfully gave me my prescription, I ended up going back to them because I liked a pair of ray bans they had. Lucy their technician has exceptional customer service.. they have bilingual employees. I've never had such a wonderful experience with an eye doctor's office (or any doctor's office for that matter)! I had put off going because I had been without vision insurance, and the day my new insurance started, my last contact petered out on me. They got me in THAT day over my lunch hour, they gave me a trial pair of my contacts for free no questions asked, they handled all of the insurance details seamlessly, and even gave me the info I needed to get a rebate on the contacts. Everyone was so, so helpful and nice, and they were super flexible working with me when I only had a Discover card on me. (Heads up, they don't accept Discover.) I love this office!! read more

I made an appointment there and when I showed up I was told they couldn't verify my insurance so they wouldn't see me. Also the girl at the front desk incorrectly validated my parking because when I went to pull out of the parking lot I was still ordered to pay. Waste of time AND money. read more

The staff is very friendly. I like the location in Chinatown a lot, easy to get to whether I decide to walk or take public transit there. I had the greatest experience here. I came here to get my contacts get them fitted. Everyone that worked there was really nice the doctor was amazing. I thought I was only coming to get my prescription and get my contacts and leave I didn't know they offered the training to help me put the eye contacts on. I'm glad they did because I had I had an amazing person helping me there to show me how to put the eye contacts on and made it much more easier for me. read more

Excellent service. Had broken frames that just needed side arms my old optometrist refused to fix even though I bought the frame a year ago. This is probably the best place that I've ever been to for getting my eyes checked and getting a new prescription. The inside is gorgeous, whoever designed it did a phenomenal job, never seen anything like it. Dr. Liao is wonderful, she even saw me in a follow up for a prescription check free, and wrote me a new prescription. Also they sell glasses from designer brands which is great if you want to buy your frames there, although I ordered mine online from a cheap website, probably should've just bought them in store. Overall great place! Would highly recommend to everyone. read more
