My husband and I went to H&M Nails to meet family. Hillary…read moreand David were beyond welcoming, gracious and accommodating. Hilary did my pedicure and manicure. This was by far the best pedicure and manicure I have ever gotten and I've been to many salons. I love my pedicures and she massaged my calves and toes my husband had to pull me out of the salon. She has very strong hands and got quite a few knots out. She listened and did my fingernails exactly how I asked. Hillary and David love what they do and it shows in their interaction with the customers and the work they do. A customer who's nails David was doing said "you guys are the best I tell everyone to come here". They are so well liked the pizza place next door brought them a pizza. I strongly recommend anyone looking to have their nails done go to H&M Nails and Salon.

I've been in before and have loved my pedicures. I came for my birthday and the guy who did my…read morepedicure was watching a movie or something on his phone as he was trying to do my nails. And it showed. None of my toes matched in shape and he barely got the callus or dead skin off my nails and feet. I asked him to go harder on the massage and he didn't change it at all and it was about a two minute massage per leg/foot. The two ladies that were in before me were still getting their massage done while he was doing my polish already. I didn't get the cheap pedicure but it sure felt like that's what he gave me. My manicure was also not great, had to ask another girl to take out the dirt under my nails after he was done. The shape of my nails also didn't match. Very disappointing. I got a gel pedicure and a manicure and I was out before an hour.. I'll be back but I won't have him do it.

I have been going to ALOHA for over a year. This is the best nail spa ever. The decor and…read morefriendliness of the entire staff creates an atmosphere of being on an island vacation. I recommend calling for a reservation (especially if you want a particular manicurist) but they are so accommodating that if you do stop in they will try to do everything within their power to fit you in. I finally convinced my husband to get a pedicure and relax in the wonderful massage chair next to me. Frank gives a great pedicure and we both enjoy the hot stone massage. Trina is my manicurist and she does an excellent job in addition to being a fantastic and genuinely kind person. However, there are so many other manicurists there who are all great. This is a place that gives you the closest thing to a true spa experience from the hot stone massages to serving you a glass of wine and a refreshing sorbet. I highly recommend ALOHA if you are near RT 70.

I I really didn't want to have to give a negative review for this place but after today, it's…read morenecessary. This wasn't the first time I've been there but unfortunately it's probably the last. It's keeps getting worse each time we go. I was expecting a long wait or even to be told that I needed to make an appt for a pedicure for my daughter and me. I called the number listed online and was met with a not in service sound so naturally we went in person to check it out. It was in fact open, which was awesome because we were really looking forward to some pampering. Upon arrival, we walked in and the standard greeting for nail salons was given. A worker asking what you'd like done all while working on another clients nails, letting us know it's be 30 min wait and instructions to pick out polish color but that was it. Didn't say where to wait and we just felt uncomfortable with the not knowing that info. Immediately after selecting the polish color, we were told the chairs were ready. They had only one ready but there was two of us, which also meant they had only one person to do pedicures for two people. The guy was very nice and I've seen him there before. Not sure if he's the owner or manager. He started with my pedicure while my daughter sat there just waiting. Then another client walked in and got seated and another worker started her pedicure. *Question here, why wasn't that worker directed to my daughter since we were there first? Then another client walked in and also got another worker. Still sharing the one worker for both my daughter and I. Needless to say, we didn't get the treatment you'd expect when getting a pedicure. We each felt our service was rushed, unsure of what questions were being asked of us, and overall unhappy with the end result of our pedicure. The guy asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and curved. I guess our idea of curved nails is different. He cut nail away that will more than likely cause an ingrown nail when it grows back. The nails look horrible. My daughter literally cried with disgust when we got to the car. We couldn't even stay in the massage chairs long enough to relax because we had to get out of there. After he finished clipping nail that wasn't meant to be cut, he did the usual scrub with pumice stone or whatever it is and worked on my heels. He then proceeded to scrub callused skin near my bunion (yes I have bunions... they're hereditary and not gross so move on) but nicked my non callused skin and now there's a scratch that clearly had some drawn blood...see pic. No care was taken when scrubbing my feet or my daughters for that matter. Luckily she didn't get scratched. After that he did some leg massage that I assume he thought would feel good but it was definitely more painful then good. When I flinched he said it hurts but is good pain. I was not impressed with his version of leg/foot massage at all!! Like I said I have a bunion but only on one foot, the other foot had the bunion removed. Again no care taken when working on the foot message,he was bending my toes this way and that way. I was legit afraid of the pain that would come from bending a toe that had a screw placed in it to keep it straight. When he applied the hot towels to my legs, they felt good but after working on my daughters pedicure, my legs sat there freezing because they had the now cold towels on them. Finally came time for the polish. Because of the shape of the nails, imagine little circles on toes, the polish application consisted of painting whenever and using polish remover to get anything off the skin. I looked at my toes and thought he missed some then quickly realized that it was the area nail was supposed to be but wasn't. Did I mention my daughter couldn't get out of the building quick enough so she could shed tears of disappointment and embarrassment for how awful her toes looked? I know this all seems like first world problems and you're right it is but when you pay for a service to be done, you'd like it to be done properly. He mentioned that his other workers weren't coming in because they were either not able to get child care or afraid of catching covid. I am afraid to ask if he was actually licensed to do nails. I know this was a long one but man it feels good to tell someone about this.
