The Hokkaido scallops were the biggest hit--served with corn velouté, hazelnuts and summer truffles. Simply outstanding. And the Brisket Wagyu? I'm not even a brisket kind of girl, but holy moly. Easily the best-tasting brisket I've ever had. The only miss for us was the Kentucky Fried Quail. It was just a little too Kentucky fried--the coating overwhelmed the quail rather than letting it shine. Service was friendly and polished. While one person handled most of our table, the entire staff worked as a team, which is always delightful to witness. Grove is also known for its creative cocktails.
