Why, oh why don't you have a dance floor?! If you don't have a reserved table, you'll have nowhere to dance or stand without being in the way. It's such a shame of a set-up because the music is great (if you like 90's and early 2000's hip hop) and the gigantic drinks actually make the open bar worthwhile. Loved the decor, too -- but you'll only appreciate it if you think cows are funny (if you don't think so, you're a monster).

    Free shots , yummy: )

I have been here 2 times and its so much fun !! We went out for my boyfriends bday while we were in Cancun and came here . We bought our ticket at the resort $35 each including the taxi ride , drinks included huge drinks! The music is always great and updated, the dancers are awesome and the staff is so friendly so too and be nice , it goes a long way in Mexico.. We danced all night and had a blast. The only bad thing was that I drank water and I should know better , it made me so sick , so stick to alcohol and water out of a bottle and the resort's water since it's from a water bottle .

Of all the places to party in Cancun, La Vaquita has made my top 3! On my most recent trip to Cancun, one night after a long day of excursions and riding on a tour bus my friends and I thought we'd be done for the day. Our drop off destination was in the area of this club and while walking pass across the street we were stopped by one of the promoters for the club. Now normally I usually don't stop but the guy who approached us was super chill and not pushy! He made a deal for my friends and I which we couldn't turn down AND received the VIP experience. We bought our tickets, went to our hotel to change and returned. Same guy was at the door as promised and escorted us in to our section and the fun began! We had a blast!! Great music! Great drinks! And plenty dancing, what else could you ask for?

We were ripped off..14 of us, $35 a piece for a section & open bar. The "section" was a small round table, we had to flag down the waiter to keep bringing drinks. The drinks were in these large gas station cups so I know barely alcohol was in it. I order straight Bacardi rum. Both times, both cups tasted NOTHING like rum but straight juice. 2 hours into the night, no one felt any liquor. The only thing I enjoyed was I came all the way from ATL &represented. I came in 2nd in the twerk contest! 1x INTERNATIONAL TWERK CHAMP lol

This is possibly the only cow-themed hip-hop bar on the planet, and it's the only hip-hop bar in Cancún, so it's worth a stop through to check it out. However, as soon as you get within a block, you have already checked it out. What do I mean by that? Well, have you ever been to a place where there are no windows, a velvet rope and a line outside, and you get inside only to be disappointed that no one is in there? Well, that would never happen here because this place is the exact opposite. Like many of the clubs in Cancún, there are only three walls, so you can see in the club before you get there. That means that you get to hear the music and see the crowd before you even get inside. While this is great as you know if you will get your money's worth, you may soon find yourself remembering how important a/c is if it is one of those 90 degree/90% humidity nights. Not the greatest club experience, but hey, at least you know what you are going to get.

Get ready to moo-ve your body at the most quirky and fun nightclub in Cancun! It's spotted, black and white decoration make it impossible to miss amongst the other blasting nightclubs. As soon as you arrive you'll be taken in by the party, just don't mind the giant hanging cows. The service is great, just what you would expect from the owners, Grupo Mandala, who also own most of the other clubs in the area. As far as drinks and music go you can't expect anything much different than its sister clubs, but this one surely has something special to it. In no time you'll be milking the fun out of this place, just don't forget to bring the honeys.

One of the best places in Cancun to party the night. Great services, only $20 per person entry.

I was craving veggies, and an American chain restaurant seemed like a good place to get them in Mexico. My dish, the Cowboy chicken, was great. It came with steamed veggies (just ok. They were probably frozen), grilled corn on the cob (really good) and an incredibly juicy, moist chicken breast topped with American & Swiss cheese, bbq sauce & bacon. Yum!

We went inside and were greeted immediately. They were pretty dead, so we thought our service would be quick. It wasn't. We were sat at a dirty table with sticky/mildew-smelling menus. I wanted to leave, but my fiancé wanted to give them a chance. I cleaned the table myself. The server came to take our order & it eventually came out as requested. I ordered chicken strips thinking it was a meal that couldn't be messed up. They had no taste at all. None! My fiancé loved his burger and ate his fries and mine. The chicken went to waste, unfortunately. All in all, it's an ok place to try if you're looking for American food. I just didn't enjoy my experience. When we left the restaurant and walked towards the street near the ice cream shop, the photographer from this restaurant ran after us and asked us to buy our photos. She was so far away from the restaurant & I was shocked that she followed us just to make that sale. My fiancé felt sorry for her and bought a photo and let her keep the change. Everyone has a hustle there. That's for sure.

All-in-all it was worth the inconvenience. Very eclectic menu, warm atmosphere and outstanding service. I started withe the Mango-Tamarind: Lettuce, Indian walnut, mango, blueberries, Cotija cheese, mango-habanero dressing and tamarind billet. Unique and tasty. "Swiss Chicken Enchiladas" for the main course was not what you get at a local Mexican joint -- Four tortillas stuffed with chicken, bathed in a creamy tomatillo sauce with melted cheese and a base of refried black beans. This was a 5-star dish! I couldn't resist ordering a side dish though I didn't need to because the enchiladas were really enough, so I indulged myself with fries: these were not your run of the mill French fries. Porfirio's Potatoes -- French fries with chipotle pepper aioli, parmesan cheese and parsley. Finally, if you like ice cream I highly recommend that you order BOTH offerings: 1) "ICE CREAM TASTING" - Strawberry ice cream, chocolate ice cream from Metate, marzipan ice cream and vanilla from Papantla. Served with grated coconut, chocolate grain, M&M's, Oreo cookies and ice cream cones; and, 2) "PORFIRIO'S MOLECULAR ICE CREAM" - served with cajeta Worcestershire sauce in an ice cream cone. I dream of Marrow everyday. This is a 10/10 Yellow fin Tosatadas - Superb!!! One of the best tostadas I have ever had. The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned. This dish is heaven sent with a 9.8/10 Grilled Octopus - Grilled perfectly, I can tell by the texture. The mash is superb, they used margarine instead of butter and I absolutely love the contrast from the traditional mash. 9.8/10 Mexican Rice - Its pretty good. It does have a nice seafoodish finish. The pepper was actually spicy. Nice and pleasant rice dish. 8/10 Charred Avocado Salad - Grilled avocado is a bit of a wash. It did make it look good on the plate. The dressing is a little weak. But, after debating and reading some reviews, we decided to call (at 7pm) and see if La Buena Barra had any open tables for 7:30. Since Cancún dinner culture generally ramps up after 8, we were in luck and headed to the restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the host team and escorted promptly to a great table outside, overlooking the lagoon and the last bits of sunset in the sky. The ambience of La Buena Barra is amazing, great lighting, ceiling fans to keep a light breeze going, and music that is loud enough to prevent you from hearing conversations at other tables, but still allowed us to talk just fine. Our servers Jonathan and Estefany were the sweetest and most attentive that we experienced during our trip! Excellent food recommendations, even advising against getting a second dessert (due to their size) instead of just letting us spend more money there. Absolutely worthy of 5 star service! Ok- the food: very good, probably some of the more distinct flavors we enjoyed in Cancun. Also a very unique selection of cocktails, delivered in all sorts of unique glasses. BUT truly the best thing we ate was the corn ice cream! It's molded ice cream that looks exactly like an ear of white corn with a ribbon of dulce de leche in the center- honestly the best ice cream I've ever eaten at a restaurant! Prices per person can easily exceed $1000 pesos here depending on what you get, but it's possible to enjoy the experience on a budget. We shared an appetizer (empanadas, highly recommend), shared a large entree (ribeye tacos, comes with 7), a cocktail, side of corn, and dessert- ended up being around $1200 plus tip.
