It just so happens that he came out the same day we called and was able to handle the tree trimming job later that afternoon! In the end he didn't just do our trees but that of two other neighbors on the block the same day! You really will be pleased with their services. Approximately two weeks ago I contracted with JC Tree Care to remove a tree in my backyard and prune the others. I dealt with several companies to get an estimate and by far they were the most responsive. It just so happens they also had the most reasonable price. My primary point of contact was Martha who stayed in regular contact. To my surprise she offered to come out on a Sunday in which to look over the job and provide an estimate. It was part of her process of setting up the week's work schedule for the crew. That Saturday her crew were sitting outside my home in advance of the start time of 8am. By 9am the job was complete and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Martha was right there providing keen instructions. Overall I was extremely pleased with their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Really good experience! Highly recommended!…read more I had a tree that was slumping into the driveway. I posted the removal job to Yelp. It's a good resource. But still a lot of work. Some companies ask for ridiculous amounts of money. And just as bad, they are difficult to deal with. One company wouldn't give me a price without coming to see it. That part is fine. But then they wouldn't come unless I met with them. For what?? It's in front of the house. There's no gate. Just go look at it! Josue from Premier Arborworks came, looked and got back to me. He said it's not even a tree. Just a tall bush (I'm blind). And he gave a reasonable price. He asked if I also wanted to have my magnolia tree pruned. Yes! It was really overgrown. We did haggle a bit. But we settled on a price for the 2 things that worked for us both. He came with an assistant and took care of it. No drama. When I went out to say hello, he pointed out that there were actually 2 that were falling over and one good one. Asked if he should take both that were leaning. I said yes. He didn't charge extra! That is such a wonderful surprise in 2026 when there are people who want to charge you for giving you your bill! This was fast, reasonably priced and most importantly, NOT stressful
