But I took the chance and hoped for the best. Well, the best is what I got!! Ben arrived on time and did a GREAT job!! And, quietly! They were recently removing a neighbor's tree and asked if they could use our driveway and backyard…read morearea to park their truck so they could have easier access to the tree. We agreed as a favor to be nice and they also said they would leave us some left over wood. We removed our cars and they were parked there using our driveway and worked throughout the morning and afternoon. While they were here they broke some of the concrete on our driveway, broke retaining wood from the garden area and left one of our collection of bricks in a messy pile. We have tried to call multiple times and contact the company and they hung up on us and will not pick up anymore. I do not recommend anyone work with a company that is so careless and doesn't take responsibility for their actions. The worst part is this tree removal service had nothing to do with us, we were just being helpful to allow them to use our backyard and driveway. And this was the result.
