Because it's in NYC and I needed the super of an apartment behind my home to allow for easy access for the removal of the tree, the super (who wasn't a live-in super) had to travel to the building only for me to tell them, face-to-face, Barricella wasn't going to show up. Nice. No apology, no nothing. Just a "We can't show up." Totally disregarding other people's time. I ended up just calling the other company and within a few days, they completed the job. No hassle, no back-and-forth nonsense. My brother has a home in Long Island and we've already set up an appointment to remove a handful of trees. Do better, seriously. Edit: To prove how even more unprofessional this business is, they sent me a message claiming I was posting a fake review. I responded by uploading a photo of our conversation. The owner is now claiming that the photo is also fake. We did haggle a bit. But we settled on a price for the 2 things that worked for us both. He came with an assistant and took care of it. No drama.
