Great food. Nice staff. The lunch specials were great. I ordered the quesadilla, enchilada, and chalupa and it was hot and fresh.

This place is a hit or miss. The first time I went to this restaurant I was not impressed with the food at all. I got the shrimp dish and it was greasy and just gross. Then my friend sitting across from me said she saw a cockroach behind me. This experience happened about 3 years ago. Recently some co-workers wanted to come here for happy hour/dinner and of course I was reluctant. I decided to join them and this time I got the burrito azteca with double rice and a coronarita to go with it. Idk if it was a the coronarita but the burrito was really good. Big chunks of steak with sauteed veggies. Overall I was impressed! The service was better this time as well. Idk if I would say this is a good Mexican place but at least this experience was better than last time.

Nice place to eat some mexican foood I was craving. Price is reasonable to cheap. Food came out fast and tasted great!

Good service nice ambience food is nothing special and pricey for what you get. Guacamole needed salt and lemon, veggies were undercooked, beans were stale. So with a guac appetiser and a veggie fajita and the bill is over $20 Best thing was the tortilla chips.

The remnants of a squished cockroach that crawled across our table after we were finished dining.

THIS RESTAURANT HAS COCKROACHES. Came in on 5/26/2018 with my friend and her daughter after a road trip. We ordered: The Sopa Mayo 5.29 Beef Quesadilla 10.99 Flan 3.99 Fried ice cream 4.99 Iced tea 2.49 Lemonade 2.49 Sprite 2.49 Side of Spanish Rice 2.49 Everything was mediocre at best, except the quesadilla which was awful. I was expecting it to be filled with, you know, ingredients, but it was literally just beef and cheese. I was told it would have a "side salad" but it just had shredded lettuce and two huge slices of tomato. I also asked for NO GUAC and they obviously accidentally put guac on the plate anyway, and then took it off, because there was residual guacamole all over my sour cream. But even with the mediocre food it would have been at least a 3 star review because the place is cute and the server was nice. UNTIL we noticed AFTER paying, when we were getting ready to leave, that two TINY COCKROACHES scurried across our table. We ill NEVER go BACK AGAIN. See photos for the disgusting aftermath of one squished roach.

Service was BAD. Food was bland but tolerable. Decor is entertaining. Eh...

Worst Mexican food ever. I may be picky being from Texas but I will never go there again.

Food wasnt bad. Just not a reason to go back. $4.50 for soda? LOL. Waitress was AWFUL. NOBODY…read morein place and she never gave refills or checked up. Its a no.

We dined here for lunch yesterday and were very disappointed. When we walked in, we were met with…read morean unpleasant, musty smell. I know the building is old but still the smell was off-putting. We were seated and were given chips and salsa. The salsa was very good - that is what earned the 2 stars for this review. The chips were ok - on the thicker side but still ok. While perusing the menu, I found some of the menu prices to be a little ridiculous. For example, on the a la carte menu, a side of rice and refried beans was like $8.50? Yikes. Rice alone was $5 something? Ordinarily, rice and beans are inexpensive so the prices seemed a little high to me. My daughter ordered fajitas and I ordered the quesabirria taco platter that came with rice and beans because I figured for what they were charging for them, they must be something special. She ordered a Coke to drink and I ordered unsweetened iced tea. Her soda arrived completely flat - not one bubble to be found. My tea was undrinkable - it tasted of terrible, terrible tap water with no tea flavor whatsoever. I was surprised when our food arrived. I have ordered fajitas countless times from multiple restaurants and they are always served on a sizzling skillet. While the fajitas were served on a skillet, it was not the sizzling, steamy presentation found in other places. Instead, she was given a barely warm serving of small, rubbery shrimp along with standard fajita fare. We were there between lunch and dinner and there were only maybe 2 or 3 other tables so I don't understand why she wasn't served a fresh dish. She picked at what was on the skillet and was so unimpressed, she never even opened up the tortillas to make an actual fajita. Quesabirria tacos are my favorite and I was very much looking forward to them. I was disappointed in these as well. They were barely lukewarm and the cheese inside was not even melted. The dipping sauce was bland. I am very thankful that the rice and beans came with my platter instead of paying the high price of a la carte because both were not good. The beans were like a pureed soup and very loose/watery. The rice had no flavor. I ate about 1/2 of one taco and gave up. No, we did not complain or send the food back. I wrote it off as a one and done experience and knew I would never go back. The final insult was when I got the bill. On top of the high prices of the not so great food, they charged $4.50 for a flat Coke and $4.50 for an unsweetened "iced tea" that tasted of stale swamp water. I understand restaurant prices are rising but that seemed extreme to me. I was very much looking forward to trying this place as the other Mexican restaurants in the area are meh at best and was bummed to find this place even worse.
