One of my husband's favorites is the Pollo Con Chorizo, and I can absolutely see why. It's packed with amazing flavors and textures that work so well together. For drinks, I absolutely love the Snake Bite cocktail (when available--it requires egg whites, and they occasionally run out). Their house Fresca with a Tajín rim is my usual choice: refreshing, flavorful, and always hits the spot. We're so lucky to have such an amazing restaurant in our neighborhood. After leaving and paying my tab, I have no idea why I didn't just stand up and walk out. It's sad because I've always enjoyed getting quick food here but the bar experience was something I've never experienced in the last 10 years of ordering drinks at a bar. How is a business not going to replace something after customer dissatisfaction??
