If you love fresh and authentic mexican food, you need to go to Mix Tacos! They make everything by order (including the guacamole, salsa, chips, margaritas, basically EVERYTHING)! The location is easy to find once you get into moncks corner! It's right across from Walmart in a smaller shopping center. The restaurant was clean and had many places to sit. Can accommodate many people! The food, FRESH. Everything was so good and tasted to clean. They also have sauces on the table that are made in house. I'm from California and and outside of Texas it is very hard for me to find good Mexican food in any other state. Well this place is the real deal. They have amazing choices full of flavor and spice if that's your thing. The dessert menu is just as good. So it doesn't matter if you are here visiting, new to the area, or been hear for a long minute you need to check this place out. It small, but feels like it's bigger than it is and just big enough to host plenty of people. It looks real nice inside and out as well. They aren't trying to hard to make the place look authentic, but instead put their own twist which I really liked. This isn't your typical Americanized Mexican place - it's more of an authentic Mexican style cuisine, which is kinda hard to find anymore. The restaurant was very clean, the people were friendly, and it's a nice casual environment. My wife and I shared an ice cream, too, and I highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake flavor.
