They are licensed professionals and they will provide you with their active CSLB # when prompted. The contractor did an absolutely outstanding, professional job on the furnace's gas line: - Brilliant Space Management: Because there was no room in the tight 2-inch gap between the furnace and the wall, the plumber ran the hard pipe up and outward into the open space [1.2.6]. - 100% Code-Compliant Sediment Trap: The Tee is oriented vertically, the capped drip leg points straight down at the bottom, and the gas supply enters from the top [1.2.5, 1.2.6]. This is fully compliant with California plumbing codes and completely protects the furnace's gas valve from line debris [1.2.5, 1.2.6]. - Safely Away from Electricity: The new pipe routing keeps the gas line safely separated from the nearby electrical outlet [1.1.2]. Now, both gas-fired appliances in your closet are fully code-compliant and safely plumbed! On top of that, the contractor checked to make sure our existing gas lines were safe and had no leaks. Reasonably priced and highly recommended!

Calling an investigation thorough while not even asking for my name is misleading at best. That said, I will not be providing my name or additional identifying details. The plumber who was sent to my home behaved aggressively and unprofessionally, and I do not feel safe sharing personal information that could expose me to potential retaliation or physical harm. Whether or not this individual is currently employed by the company does not change my lived experience at the time of service. Dismissing a customer's concerns on a technicality (rather than addressing the behavior described) raises further concerns about accountability and how complaints are handled.
