Personally think this one needs more R&D. I should've tried the other coffee ones. Was expecting a gooey caramel filling and a richer, darker coffee :( I love these kinds of desserts and am very picky but I will be back to try more! We have dealt with this company for several months on a wholesale level, because we liked the product. The staff does not know who's doing what at any time. The girl who takes the orders seems competent until your order is wrong. They have made deliveries on three different occasions where items are missing...not there- they offer with little or no apologies. Our company depends on the bread order to serve our customers for our sandwiches. La Spiga merely told us " the baker just didn't make it" and left it at that. We have asked for the owner , a manager somebody to contact us about our level of dissatisfaction. The worst customer service and unreliability I have ever encountered. We know in business ,if you mess up once you may get a pass, but three times you clearly do not want our business and could care less...This operation model cannot thrive. Warning to business owners who may order from them, check with them days before, hours and minutes and even then you may get incorrect information and your order will be missing items. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Nice small cafe that serves really good Italian food ( in my opinion) and nothing pricey too. They have a lot of dishes to offer on the menu but I only go for sandwiches that are $2 ( right??) Also a helpful tip: everyday after 1:30 pm they offer 30% on their baked goodies which a really good deal. But they do run out quickly since its that good. read more
