The moment I became a client customer service went downhill, it's hard to even reach a…read morerepresentative using the chat feature, they just tell you to call and dismiss you. I signed up for a mobile plan, and ordered the SIM card. They said, I would receive it within 2-3 days. A few days later, I called because it hadn't shipped yet. Then they said it takes 2-3 weeks. I asked her to cancel everything, she told me she did. I asked for an email confirming the cancellation. She said they don't do that, but I will receive a cancellation notification of some sort. I then signed up with a new company, and within minutes of the call I received an email stating that the SIM card shipped. I called Virgin, they said they never cancelled. I asked them to cancel, and was told that they can't.

They have computer speakers,but the Nextech ones ain t very good and some can stop working,one day.They have alarm clock and more. Jake is a serious wizard. I brought an iPhone 8 in with a broken microphone. It ended up being a…read morestrange problem and simply replacing the microphone didn't work. In the end, after several days of troubleshooting, Jake fixed it by microsoldering the motherboard. Because of this, it took a bit longer than expected, but I'm confident that 90% of other tech shops would have given me the phone back and told me that it's unfixable, and to just get a new phone. These guys went the extra mile and didn't charge me extra on the original quote ($70). All the while they were kind, courteous, and professional. I'd highly recommend them.
