The DJ we had planned everything with -- including our song list, schedule, and announcements -- did not show up on our wedding day. We were told at the last minute that he couldn't come because of a family emergency, and instead, two replacement DJs arrived late and were completely unfamiliar with our plan or music. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. On top of that, our contract included a photo booth that we paid extra for ($600), but because of the last-minute change, it was never provided. After the event, the company admitted the mistake and promised to reimburse us for the photo booth. The owner agreed to issue a check for the refund, but months later -- it's now November -- we still haven't received it, despite multiple follow-ups and repeated promises that "it's being taken care of." At this point, I can't recommend this company. It's very disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability, especially for such an important event like a wedding. If you're considering booking them, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the stress and frustration we went through

After 10 days I called and they said it was an intermittent problem because of the wooden case but not fixable. I paid the $97 and went somewhere else. They evaluated as a tweeter failure that could be replaced. My issue... I think they do not have the experience to fix speakers but wanted the $97.
