They moved it up the three floors and promptly placed the new ones and quickly discarded the old appliances with full discretion. I had a minor concern with the stove, so I called the store and got direct information on what I needed. I felt comfortable bringing up my concern and was greeted with their full attention, rather than tossed off because im just a student with a one time purchase. I can say with ease that I saved money on my purchases and got great service from door to door. All in all I am glad with my choice and couldn't have asked for anything better.

Looking in from outside, you wouldn't gain much of a clue as to what this place is about since they aren't big on window display. Nope, aesthetics are not on the radar here. Once you go inside, though, you'll be blown away at: a) the actual size of this place and, b) the amount of STUFF. This is an industrial supply store, full of the most obscure tools, parts, etc and has everything -EVERYTHING- you could ever want before you knew you wanted it. I'm a DIY builder (artist) of mechanical, electronics, whatever and I seriously wish I'd found this place a lot sooner. Today I located an extremely hard to come by brass nut that I desperately needed to finish hooking up the latest appliance I'm working on. I had a hallelujah moment so hard, the guys working there thought I was a full-on lunatic. Everything is super cheap, super organized, and well-stocked. I'll be going here FIRST the next time I need parts. Also, all kinds of camping, fishing and other gear, too. Put it on your go-to list.

I had a bath insert installed, and it was a nightmare. From day one there were issues; when they…read moreput the tub insert in they did not use a level, therefore all the water was accumulating at the shower door. I notified them about the problem and after more than a month of back and forth, they decided instead of replacing the unit and installing it correctly, they would just shim the front of the tub insert so that the water would run into the tub. By shimming the front of the tub they caused it to bow, and now I have a tub that is not straight and it squeaks when I step into it. Bain Magique's warranty is worthless! They are pro's at giving you the runaround. They came to my house at least six times and were not able to fix the issues. Every time that they came they caused another problem. Along with the crocked tub, the shower door would not stay open, again because they did not use a level. They scratched the finish on the door post. They put calking on the seams before cleaning it, so now there is dirt in the calking. What a disaster! I wish that I had just done tiles. You have been warned, do not go this route. I even wrote to the owner Mr Wayne Cotton, and all that he did was refer me to the franchise owner.
