bad company , not good customer service. Need to keep calling to get any kind of help and even with that,, you are lucky if you get help

We called AA Electromenagers to buy a washer at 8:30 p.m. and asked if we could pay online. The owner said no, but we could come by the next day to pay for it and they would deliver. We agreed that I would show up at 12:00 noon. I showed up at 12:00 noon. The owner said he sold the washer to somebody else that morning. I asked him why he did that and he said he had no guarantee I was coming. I asked why he didn't hold the washer until noon. He then yelled at me, "Are you telling me how to run my business?" What a miserable and non-ethical person. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't be surprised if he cheats on his refurbed equipment. read more

This place is not to be recommended. You can view for yourself many videos on youtube showing and describing the multiple problems people who dealt with them had. I will explain anyway as an ex-employee. Most clients/deliveries I had to do were exchanges for fridges and oven that was not working sometimes I had to come back 2-3 times because the new piece was AGAIN not working properly. And if you are lucky itll break AFTER the 3 months warranty and you will have lost even more money. But usualy fridges stop working within a week to a month causing you to lose all your food. I STRONGLY recommend to NOT do business with this man OR you will get ripped off. Also when you have a problem with what you buy this guy disapears. As a student I am always on the look for a deal and variety when shopping. I just moved into my new apartment and I had nothing but complete understanding from the staff of A.A Electro. I bought a fridge and a stove from them, which they happily delivered to my apartment at my earliest convenience. They moved it up the three floors and promptly placed the new ones and quickly discarded the old appliances with full discretion. I had a minor concern with the stove, so I called the store and got direct information on what I needed. I felt comfortable bringing up my concern and was greeted with their full attention, rather than tossed off because im just a student with a one time purchase. I can say with ease that I saved money on my purchases and got great service from door to door. All in all I am glad with my choice and couldn't have asked for anything better. read more

Horrible, horrible place! I wish that I had found a review that warned me before purchasing things here! I needed a fridge and stove and went with them because they offer free delivery and a 3-month guarantee of their appliances. The delivery people were nice and on time. Both appliances were very clean. BUT... Both the fridge and stove I got were absolute junk. The stove never worked properly (only broil came on when I set the oven to bake) and the fridge works on and off and STINKS (literally... it smells really, really bad). The appliances were WAY, WAY overpriced for what I ended up getting. I couldn't send them back. I got no response or I got the brush off ("call back in 30 minutes") when I emailed and called about repairs. Outside of the 3 month window, repairs from this place run $65 for the first half hour! As I saw on a google review from a couple of months ago (wish it had been posted earlier), these people are very friendly and quick to take your money but then disappear when you are unhappy with their product. Not worth it. Stay far, far away! Pay for delivery, risk it with personal sellers on Craigslist, don't go with these guys! I hope I can save some people from the trouble and waste of money that I experienced. read more
