You…read morewouldn't believe how many things went sideways between contractors, delivery issues due to tight stairwells, lacking product due to manufacturers, etc. Yet she stayed on top of all the details (even on her days off!!!) ensuring the nearly constant switches and changed I was requesting were accurate and on point with my expectations around quality and specifications needed. She was a dream to work with and I wish all cs service providers were as diligent and careful as she has been with our order (fridge, wine cooler, washer / dryer / cooktop / oven / dish washer) My only complaints lie with the fact that I had to physically go into this location to pay (the CAS website portal for TD Ameritrade is out of date according to the bank itself) TWICE which meant a long metro ride and walk as well as the delivery persons they used who refused to take a fridge up two flights of stairs on which a much larger one (and multiple other appliances) had been taken up and brought down already.

When I realized he'd sold me a washer and dryer that didn't match and one was taller than the other, I tried to contact him to get a matching set. He was away, and the 1-800 number would not answer or respond to messages. It was one horrible experience after another so I cancelled the order. I had paid for it and they refused to credit my card again. They cancelled the delivery, but told me there was no refund!!! I was ridiculed, laughed at, told they would be doing what they wanted because I had signed the agreement. What a joke!! Was I the only party to have any responsibility in the agreement? I remember them promising the appliances for the money. I contacted my credit card, and by this time it had been well over 30 days that I had been fighting with this ridiculous company. My credit card company called them in a three way conversation, where I just listened. The customer service agent for CAS lost her cool and actually hung up on the Bank Agent. The showroom is spectacular!!! WARNING!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!

The installer quickly noticed that the dishwasher handle ordered had the wrong screws to install the dishwasher.All other appliances , he installed expertly and flawlessly. Weeks went by, numerous phone calls later and visits to the store and screws were finally produced. Second visit of the experienced installer, wrong screws or wrong handle; he himself calls the store and gives them a piece of his mind ( could have been for our benefit.) Weeks go by, weekly polite calls are ignored, never returned , I am rudely told twice that I did not pay for the said handle even after I went to the store and provided a copy of the original order which clearly showed the handle and that it was paid. I am asked if I kept the original handle in its box; my answer" it is sitting on the counter above the dishwasher that we cannot use and having some humour left in me, suggested that I would charge Bachand for the all the take out food we have been eating in the last 3 months given that my husband is tired of washing the dishes by hand! That my weekly call became a running joke in our household has now become a case of my husband suggesting that a lawyer's letter is next. Instead of leaving an invoice or responding to my email, she sent me a registered "Demand" letter, threatening to send my file to collections!!! I have an excellent credit rating and now this woman threatens me, rather than simply returning my email and setting up an invoice to pay. I contact her and now she is away for an entire month!. I ordered three custom sofas from JC Perreault, manufactured by Décor-Rest, expecting high quality and durability. What I received was anything but. After waiting six months for delivery, one of the sofas started to fail within another six months--springs were literally coming out of the seat. It took over a month for anyone to come and fix it. Fast forward eight months, and the same sofa broke again in the exact same way. This furniture is in the home of an elderly woman, with no children, no pets, and very light use. If a sofa can't survive in that environment, I can only imagine how quickly it would fall apart in a home with young children or animals. It's not only disappointing--it's dangerous. The fact that this happened twice with the same piece shows a clear failure in Décor-Rest's quality control, and JC Perreault's after-sales service was slow and unhelpful. They were quick to take our money but nowhere near as responsive when things went wrong. A sofa of this price and brand reputation should last for years--not fall apart twice within less than two. This is not an isolated issue; it's a warning sign. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from either of these companies. Buyer beware: you're on your own once they deliver.

I didn't spend much time with the rocks and sod, although my friend got a couple big flagstones for her patio and she was super happy with the price, quality, etc. I did spend a ton of time in the greenhouse full of vegetable seedlings and got everything to plant my garden this year. I wasn't planning to, but they had everything I could have hoped for and the prices were right so tadah. The seedlings are super affordable, there are tons of varieties and everything is clearly documented so you can figure out what plants will go well together and how to care for them. There is staff everywhere and they are busy but super helpful and friendly. Even packed on the weekend lines moved super quickly, I was super impressed. When we arrived the crowds made me nervous feeling like we'd be tangled up forever but the staff's efficiency and calm kept everything moving smooth and chill. I loved my experience here, and my lovely plants are all in the garden now and looking so happy, I'll be back next year for my veggies for sure, and maybe sooner if I get my act together for a balcony garden!
