It was just before Christmas . I chose her sofa it looked ok on line .. When the delivery guy arrived he told my Seniour mom 82 years old sign here and was going to leave it in the box. Worst service ever. My mom said could you at least take it out the box . She was not told she had three days to decide if she was satisfied either.. Usually you have 30 days at any other furniture store. Everywhere else. it is longer.. My husband went over to see it. He said it was uncomforyable comfortable. He said it was hard ,flimsy and one part of the end cushion was sinking . Poorly made ..Probably why it was so cheap. Material and too narrow.. Now my husband is a small guy he said it was way too narrow and uncomfortable. My mom paid 500.00 plus. Anyway we're told nothing could be done. Then someone cane to see the sofa recently after 5 month's and told my mom not to sit where the cushions stop . As I if my mom was stupid . My mom knows how to sit on a sofa .. Seniors should be treated with respect . I told my mom you cannot know in three days if you like a sofa or not. The last person who called her was not very friendly. . My mom does not need any charity she can have any couch she wants. for any price I am so sorry I sent her therenoq . When people sell you things they are nice but when you want to exchange or return it is always a big deal .My Economax store is in Lasalle should have sent her there. i am her daughter . They treat their customers better. I .will not be referring anyone else to you in St.Laurent . We could not find the nuce salesman who helped her . What an awful experience . Even if she had been offered to pay more and get a better one she is satisfied with would have been a nice gesture. . We would not have minded but to tell her we cannot help you is awful. The couch did not mett her expectations at all. Terrible Service. Maybe we should call the Consumers rights or the Better business bureau. She should have gotten a refund or exchange. We agreed that I would show up at 12:00 noon. I showed up at 12:00 noon. The owner said he sold the washer to somebody else that morning. I asked him why he did that and he said he had no guarantee I was coming. I asked why he didn't hold the washer until noon. He then yelled at me, "Are you telling me how to run my business?" What a miserable and non-ethical person. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't be surprised if he cheats on his refurbed equipment.

I didn't spend much time with the rocks and sod, although my friend got a couple big flagstones for her patio and she was super happy with the price, quality, etc. I did spend a ton of time in the greenhouse full of vegetable seedlings and got everything to plant my garden this year. I wasn't planning to, but they had everything I could have hoped for and the prices were right so tadah. The seedlings are super affordable, there are tons of varieties and everything is clearly documented so you can figure out what plants will go well together and how to care for them. There is staff everywhere and they are busy but super helpful and friendly. Even packed on the weekend lines moved super quickly, I was super impressed. When we arrived the crowds made me nervous feeling like we'd be tangled up forever but the staff's efficiency and calm kept everything moving smooth and chill. I loved my experience here, and my lovely plants are all in the garden now and looking so happy, I'll be back next year for my veggies for sure, and maybe sooner if I get my act together for a balcony garden!

Even after I sent them proof, they simply changed their website instead of helping. Very disappointing -- paying for "quality" means nothing if there's no service behind it.
