I contacted Service 2000 via their website, and received a call back same day. They were able to schedule the appointment for today, Monday. The technician arrived in the morning, was very pleasant, removed his shoes, took care around my home. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it right up, quoted me before doing so, and my freezer was fixed in under an hour, right before Christmas for $200, which I was happy to pay given that the manufacturer couldn't even do that. They also guarantee it for a year, and he gave me some great tips for fridge/freezer maintenance. Very happy!
