Technicien sans ressource et incompétent. Mauvaise soumission avec mauvais renseignement. Demande de rappeler pour discuter de ce qui se passe, aucun retour d'appel. Facturation de l'appel de service sans reçu, émise presque 2 mois plus tard et rabais CAA pas appliqué. Bravo pour rien! 160$ aux poubelles read more

Your driver is a rude piece of $Hl7 we asked him nicely to move his car off the driveway we cleaned and are dealing and he said "dit le en Francais et jva le faire" we will all be leaving a bad review for this !Dl07. Very disappointed - Called the number for our old repairman as our washing machine had stopped working and was redirected to Service2000. OK no problem. Explained that we have a Samsung washing machine with a 5E error. Will send a repairman - $90 service charge - OK no problem. Repairman showed up when scheduled and brought along a trainee - OK no problem. Now I had already googled the error on the machine- 5E - drain pump clogged and/or broken. I watched the youtube video on how to repair if clogged and $100 part on Amazon to replace if broken. The repairman looked at the error and said "oh an SE error that could be a problem". I immediately corrected him to tell him it was a 5E error - clearly he had no idea what he was talking about. I then made my fatal error when I had to take a phone call and left them with the machine. 10 minutes later the 2 of them came upstairs and told me that the drain pump had to be replaced and they need to order the part - would be a $427 (i don't remember the exact amount but over $400) repair job. I told him he was crazy and to leave but had already paid the $90 service call. They left. I took my phone downstairs and watched the youtube video, took apart the machine and found the pump (which still had the seal on it - so he never even opened it). I opened the pump, removed a clump of hair, put it back together and the machine works perfectly. A job, never have I done before, that took me 15 minutes to complete. I called the office 2 times to complain with no response back. I would have no problem with the $90 charge had the repairman actually opened up the machine and done his job. My issue is that they knew the machine, they knew the error before showing up, they showed up completely in the dark, they did not even open the machine. They happily took their $90 and tried to rip me off with excessive costs for something that could have been resolved in the 10 minutes they were here had they actually looked. Since nobody has had the courtesy to try and resolve my complaint I am refusing the charge on my credit card and promise will not ever use this company again and will make sure those I know will do the same. Very unimpressed. read more

SKETCHY BILLING PRACTICES STAY AWAY I recently hired Service2000s services to repair an issue with my dishwasher, namely replacement of a broken fuse and repair of creaky door hinges. When the technician came, he replaced the fuse, inspected the door frame and told me it would most likely require replacement of the hinges. He quoted me 350$ for all the work to be done. In the end, he simply sprayed some oil into the hinges and that seemed to solve the issue. I felt a bit ripped off that he did not actually replace the door hinges, but I guess what's fair is fair, since the door issue did indeed seem to be corrected. Unfortunately, a few days later, the door started creaking just like before. I called Service2000 to resolve this issue and to perform the door hinge replacement I was promised and they refused to do so. I would stay away from this company. These are shady billing practices all done in order to squeeze an extra 100-200$ out of me and I do not believe this is not how one ought to be conducting business. Please look at the other 1 star reviews here before you ask them to look at your appliances. It appears I am not the only one who has suffered from "miscommunications" with regards to billed services. You have been warned. read more

The store in Toronto where the Cooler was ordered, Canadian Appliance Source, was somewhat helpful in solving the problem. An exchange was arranged and a new cooler ordered. Since my original model was no longer available, the exchange was for a different model which set me back an additional $350.00. AGI was disinterested and inflexible in helping absorb some of the cost. Their attitude was 'take it or leave it'. When the appliance was delivered by Canadian Appliance, it was the wrong size. I needed to arrange for a contractor to make changes to the island in my kitchen and had to wait several days with a wine cooler taking up most of my kitchen space. Nothing was assembled and a phone call to the store went unanswered. Very disappointed in this extremely poor customer service. Stay away from these businesses!

TERRIBLE! SERVICE 2000 à envoyer deux techniciens à ma maison et aucun d'entre eux n'a pu trouver le MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE. Ils ont cherché pendant au moins une demi-heure et un technicien a appelé son superviseur aussi. L'unité a été légèrement sorti du mur afin que je puisse être dit qu'il est vieux et les pièces ne sont pas disponibles. Ils n'auraient même pas pu trouver le MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE !! Il y avait aussi deux morceaux qui ont tombés du panneau intérieur alors qu'il était à la recherche du MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE et tout ce qu'il pouvait dire était cette unité est vieille et il a remis le panneau sans le réparer! Après tout cela, j'ai été facturé pour un appel de service de deux techniciens. Complètement Ridicule. SERVICE 2000 m'a également dit qu'ils seraient en mesure de me faire un prix de réparation complet afin que je puisse décider si cela valait la peine de réparer et on m'a dit, et je cite " Je ne sais pas, il pourrait coûter quelques centaines de dollars ou plus de mille dollars et nous ne savons pas si cela va fonctionner''. S'il vous plaît ne m'insultez pas plus loin avec une réponse générique comme, ''Je suis désolé d'entendre parler de votre expérience, MAIS ............'' Vous rendez-vous compte que les deux techniciens et superviseur ne pouvaient pas trouver le MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE !!! Quand ils sont partis, j'ai appelé une autre entreprise de réparation et la personne à qui j'ai parlé, a été en mesure de m'expliquer exactement où trouve le MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE juste en lui disant qu'il s'agit d'un vieux four double THERMADOR, et par téléphone !!! J'ai trouvé le modèle et le numéro de série en quelques secondes. FACILE !! SERVICE 2000 à envoyer non pas une mais deux techniciens et ils ne pouvaient pas trouver le MODÈLE du four et le numéro de SERIE.... Et ils étaient là, sur place !!! Comment pourraient-ils penser à me charger. Si cela ne suffisait pas, quand j'ai reçu ma facture VIA EMAIL, ça disait qu'il a été signé par moi et il y avait même une signature, mais ce n'était pas moi qui l'ai signé !!!! Wow, s'il te plaît ne perdez pas votre temps, votre énergie et votre argent avec SERVICE 2000, je ne comprends même pas comment la CAA est derrière eux. Actually better than one could ever imagine! The two front burners on the stove went out on Dec. 24 right in time for the big Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day. I called for service not really expecting an appointment until after the holiday but the lady on the phone was super helpful and found a technician who was willing to come see what the problem was. Mr. Ahcene arrived soon after, diagnosed the problem but unfortunately didn't have the parts to fix it. He then offered to see if he could find them and fix the problem. He succeeded!!!! 6pm, in the nick of time, the stove worked!!! Service above and beyond -- truly exceptional. I can't thank Mr. Ahcene and the Service 2000 Electromenager team enough. read more

Horrible service. First techinician who came to repair dishwasher said it was a connection problem and my dishwasher is 5 years old. Charged 173$ next day was not working. Came back and said 3 parts had to be changed and quoted me 877$....almost more than dishwasher!! Called Bosch who after many attempts and phone calls agreed to pay half parts and send me their technician. The technician said only one part had to be changed for a total of 145$$$ Can you imagine if I would have had this company come back...they would have charged me 877$$$ Incompetent technicians who just want to rack up bill....will never use them again read more
