He went above and beyond, showed me how to use the machines, got me set up on the wifi, provided a complimentary cup of coffee, and proved himself to be a genuinely kind person. My laundry was perfectly washed and dried and the time I spent there was an experience I went home and raved about. If you want a wonderful place to spend time as you do laundry, this is the place. Abbas truly went out of his way to make the service and experience comfortable, personal, easy, and one I won't soon forget. Can one look forward to laundry? I've come to this laundromat several times over the years, and have never had any issues with the…read morebusiness or staff. The place is clean and seems to be well maintained and much more appealing than other nearby competitors. However this latest visit was not so perfect. After washing our clothing, we decided to use their dryers for some of the heavier items like our robes and some towels. I fed the machines, but they would not start. I had mistakenly put in quarters. The dryers only accepted Loonies. Well, the diminutive owner wasn't pleased with my honest mistake. He accused me of trying to rob him, pointing and bellowing that there were signs above the machines that indicated "dollar coins only". I didn't see the signs, maybe because I still had my sunglasses on. For some reason, I assumed that quarters were okay. If the owner had stopped at his initial outburst, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. But he kept complaining on and on that "it really pisses him off when people put in the wrong coin". I told him that he could stop: that I understood that he was mad. He kept muttering stuff. This is a perfect example on how NOT to treat a customer, especially a customer who had simply made an honest mistake. We left this business with a sour taste in our mouths. Not the welcome we're used to receiving here!
