The ice cream here is amazing! We came for a visit from Toronto and our friend introduced us to this laundromat/ice cream parlour. They serve Lactantcia ice cream! It is creamy and the portions provided are generous. We came back 4 days in a row for the medium twist on a cone. On our last day, we had a strawberry sundae! Elena is so friendly and hospitable! Her boyfriend and her run this laundromat. It is extremely clean and gets sanitized weekly! If you want clean clothes then consider that a clean environment is indicative of a place well taken care of which means your clothes are in amazing care! Ice cream season is almost done so check it out before it closes. If not, check them next season for ice cream but definitely wash your clothes there if you need that service. read more

Stopped here to wash in the middle of our vacation. The lady working was really nice and answered my questions. She was able to sell me some soap as well since i only needed one load. She showed me the machines and was overall helpful to anyone that needed it. The area is clean and in a good area. There is also an ice cream shop attached. Highly recommend to any travelers. Do bring currency as these are coin only operated machines. read more

Also special mention and shoutout to the lady who owned this Business that's very sweet and awesome. Vert clean very nice help by the woman working in the am. Nice clean machines and a large selection (so you could use a small top loader up to a large front loader) Probably spent $10 to do two bags of laundry (wash and dry)...the trip from my hotel was more expensive than that each way! However did notice the metro is just down the street!(we just didn't do that) so best to share a cab/taxi if you are going there from downtown). read more

I had to wash every item of fabric I owned prior to a move. This took two trips to this laundromat. Both trips were extraordinary. The first trip which was about half the amount of the total found a helpful staff very clean floors, tables, machines, in fact everything. The staff wore masks and were quick to notice if I was having problems with some coins (invariably happens with coin machines). They also noticed when I was a little dizzy and gave me a bottle of water and urged me to sit. While hot water and hot drying is a bit more expensive from 25 cents to a dollar based on the size of the machine (the 12 dollar machines hold six loads or so of regular size. Great for doing multiple blankets and sheets). This is so much better than many other places that just don't provide hot washes or hot drying. The second trip was just as pleasing. It was just as clean and the staff were attentive and checked with everyone when a washer of clean clothing had not been moved to a dryer for a longish time. They even helped me take the bags of clean laundry out to the car. You can't ask for better service or a more pleasant environment for doing laundry. read more

By far in all my travels one of the cleanest and user friendly laundromat I have been to. Plenty of washer and driers to use and multiple sizes to fit the amount of clothes you have to wash and the cost varies as well from 4 to 10 dollars CAD depending on how much you want in each load. Dryer was 2 dollars to dry a extra large load! Highly recommended. read more

I can't ask for more for a Laundromat. This is a fabulous place to do your laundry which I hate doing but in Buanderie Lavadora it turned out to be a pleasant experience. We were on vacation and staying in a hotel in downtown Montreal but we have sooo much laundry to do and it was expensive to do it in the hotel. We searched for a nearby laundromat but this is the only laundromat that passed our screening. Lots of machines, very clean especially the folding areas. Turned out Abbas, the owner, was a very candid conversationalist and we had fun exchanging stories with him! Even if this Laundromat is about 20 mins away from downtown, it was all worth it! Abbas researched how we can go back to our hotel using the public transportation but Uber was just reasonable, too. Bonus, there's P'Lengke grocery and restaurant right beside this Laundromat serving Filipino foods. We had a feast, too. read more

Surprise as it is to say, the experience I had here almost made me grateful that the part for my washer still isn't in. Not only is the establishment perfectly put together, Abbas, the owner, is a true gem. He went above and beyond, showed me how to use the machines, got me set up on the wifi, provided a complimentary cup of coffee, and proved himself to be a genuinely kind person. My laundry was perfectly washed and dried and the time I spent there was an experience I went home and raved about. If you want a wonderful place to spend time as you do laundry, this is the place. Abbas truly went out of his way to make the service and experience comfortable, personal, easy, and one I won't soon forget. Can one look forward to laundry?
