He sent it back for dry cleaning one more time without charge. When my coat came back, it turned out it was indeed a colour damage that could not be fixed with dry cleaning. I showed the offers on my phone to the lady working there and she looked at me like I had two heads... she had no idea about either promotion. But she was very nice and agreed to give me 20% off. They did an excellent job and I was very happy with the cleaning. There were several difficult items with stains, a dress with a lot of pleats, and a shirt with metallic accents, all of which came back perfect. I did find them a little pricey compared to the previous place I went, so was glad to have the 20% off. Would go back again since they do a great job and is convenient for me. They also do alterations on site.

Mid-afternoon, I walked over to Nettoyeur Unique Express, where I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained my predicament, and was assured it would be no problem. I confessed that I had no idea what proper fit should be, and the woman doing alterations patiently helped determine what needed changing. When I asked if I have the altered pants and the cleaned suit by Friday morning, they said yes, and in fact, they could have them ready by Thursday evening. Thursday evening came, everything was ready, the pants fit perfectly, and I looked well-dressed for my meeting. I was very pleased. The work was top notch, it was fast, and reasonably priced. The people were friendly. What more could you ask for?

I have quite a few options where I live and have been going to Brilotti cleaner on Laurier for…read moreyears. They do an impeccable job but are slightly pricier than nearby options. I came across this cleaner through their partners on Parc Ave. They don't do as good a job but seemed worth the price. I had been bringing in clothes for the last few months until a recent incident. I brought in a white linen shirt and when I came to pick it up there was a red stain on the pocket. Right away they were on the defensive when I asked what happened. They said you had a pen in your pocket or something in there, and that this never happens... Pretty ridiculous considering if you have a stain you show the cleaner and ask if they can remove it, and you'd see something in a white linen shirt pocket (not that I ever use that pocket anyway). The owner of the shop on Parc said it's out of her hands she needs to speak with the cleaner for a solution. I waited 2 weeks which is ridiculous finally for her to say they could not get the stain out. She gave me the contact of "Maikl" who runs this cleaner. I called him and he was rude. His solution was to bring it back in to try to bleach it. It's been over 3 weeks and no real solution. At this point my best option is to bring it to another cleaner. At the least you'd expect the owner to be polite and understanding... but he was rude and unprofessional. That's what you're dealing with if you go to this place. I realize it's worth paying the premium a good place like Brilloti charges. Too bad they had to ruin a nice shirt for me to realize this. My girlfriend also brought her winter jacket to this place and they charged a ridiculous amount and did a terrible job. Definitely avoid the place on Park. They ship it out and it's always super slow getting your clothes and then you get a run-around answer if something happens. Average quality with no customer service. I can post pics of the shirt, really disappointing experience.
