We were wandering around for a few minutes hoping we could just find it ourselves without any help because Best Buy is not great at that. Since we couldn't find any help, we were forced to find a sales associate. First of all, there were a number of associates on the ground. However: there were three associates helping one person, and the rest of them were wandering around " looking busy " but not helping others needing help. There were SO MANY people who were waiting for help or needed help. The sales associates were literally just speed walking around and doing nothing to help other customers. I ended up getting fed up and asserting myself to one of the sales associates who looked busy and said he was busy, but asked my question and he literally just pointed to where we needed to go. Since the sales associated only pointed to where we needed to go, we still took another few minutes looking for it. When we finally found what we were looking for, there was no selection and we ended up leaving.
