Last Thursday my 16 yr old internet computer died. So for the first time in many, many years I was without Photoshop app and the Internet. I took both computers to Microscott last Friday . I told him my problems. Told him to throw out the Internet pc, and see what he could do with my Photoshop pc. I spent the weekend mourning my PCs. Called him on Monday. HE FIXED BOTH COMPUTERS. All my photos are intact more than 40 thousand . This is the 2nd time he brought my computers back from the grave. I can't say enough about Scott he is a miracle worker in my eyes. I know my computers are old and really dirty , that made it even more amazing. He charged me a fraction of the cost.

Unfortunately, the repaired glass became loose and I wasn't able to use the phone three days after the repair. I had already left the country so it sat in a box for three months. Fast forward to today, and I bring the phone back. Pretty sure he remember me and he offers to re-repair the phone. Because something became loose inside with the connectors, he repaired/replaced that, as well. Everything was done the same afternoon and at no extra cost. Quite impressed because these places are notorious for ripping you off but not this one. The repair guy is very knowledgeable and seems to take pride in his work. When I asked for a 4GB stick of RAM, besides the fact that they were misinformed on what kind my computer required, they went on to tell me that it costs "$130, but I'll sell it to you for $115" - my, what a great deal this must be one might think - well, think again. That same, identical RAM could be bought online for around $45. Essentially, their markup was more than 50%! These are among the reasons I haven't gone back in 5 years and the only reason I went this time was for convenience as it's close to my house, but clearly... nothing has changed since.
