Dollarama school supplies are too cheaply made and Jean coutu sells almost the same product but at unreasonable prices. Bureau en gros only has sales in September for back to school, otherwise everything is full price and not worth it since you can get it here for less. I couldn't be happier. I had concerns about my order and contacted them via email after submitting my order: Guy Filion promptly responded and addressed all of my concerns. The order arrived in good condition and was complete. I feel compelled to point out the extraordinary care that was taken by the person packaging my order: Every void was filled with bubble wrap, even within the manufacturers' boxes, to ensure that the glass bottles were secure and fully immobilized! Additionally, every ink bottle was placed in its own sealed plastic bag to contain leaks, should there be any. Then, everything was double packaged in bubble wrap! I mean, they have not changed their look of their stores in 20 years. I will give them props that it is organized but their pricing for normally priced goods is moderately high. Where you have to score is on their sale items. However they do not keep much stock of sale priced items low.....so you must strike when the iron is hot or you will leave disappointed and like this face :-( I can't count how many times over the years I have gotten to later on in the week and I have wanted a sale item but have left disappointed. It really has let me down and leaves me with a not so great taste in my mouth when it comes to Bureau en Gros. Where they do excel is sale priced on certain electronics like USB storage keys.. It's amazing there is not as much competition in this segment however they appear to lead it so therefore they can provide a so-so experience. This location has decent service and they usually ask you if you need help. Rarely I do....... as I know where most of what I'm looking for is at and what I'm shopping there for.
