Don't buy Murol beds I bought 2 Murol beds which look so nice on the pictures. The end result is not bad and they are quite confortable if you put a good mattress on them BUT to reach this point you have first to assemble the bed ! This is where things become complicated and may give a good reason for a divorce ! I think that the Chinese guy who invented this bed is a true MANIAC !! Don't buy this bed unless you really like very complex puzzles . The building explanations are very badly written , the drawings don't make sens and the overall conception is a complete non sense. Poor clientele services and attitude from senior sales rep or (manager) Stopped in on a Friday evening to buy the couch that's I've been eyeing for $1200, my salesperson couldn't get their card machine to accept my card; we tried a couple of times and it declined before I even entered my pin; he asked the senior sales/manager to help and she bluntly asked " is there even money I. Your card?" ...WOW! Totally taken back by her comment, and I replied "yes, there is!". the issue wasn't fixed and I ended up paying cash so I can't leave and go on with my day. I walked into this store yesterday, October 22, looking to buy lamps and furniture after visiting their website. I've never met more unfriendly, detached and uninterested customer service employees in my life. It wasn't just one of them, it was all of them. I was the only customer in the store, with 4 or 5 staff just standing behind the counter and not one of them made an effort to walk from behind the desk to help. When I walked into the store, I even said hello and one of the staff who then rolled her eyes and looked away. I finally was able to speak to one of the employees. I asked her if a particular lamp was in stock. Her answer was no. I asked if I could order them at the store right now. She answered, yeah you can order them here or you can visit our web site online. She then turned, walked away and never came back. Please don't shop here. We purchased a sectional a few years ago and over the last few months the legs are all breaking. They are so cheap. We now have 4 broken legs, 3 being supported by rubber stoppers and one by a steak knife block!!! I stopped in and asked if we could possibly order new legs, the young lady ( possibly the manager) was so rude and offered no help. She told me to go out to Laval as that was where it was purchased and they might possibly help me! I asked her why would I drive out to Laval to ask IF possibly I could order legs for a sofa. She claimed there was nothing that she could do or (wanted to do)? Perhaps I was interrupting her chat session and she was just too busy to deal with a client. I will never purchase anything there again and I hope Structube will have a serious talk with this particular person as if that's what represents their store... it pretty sad. I ordered a pendant light, and picked it up in store. When the contractor came to install it, we realized that the light had a fabrication defect, and was not functional. I had to get a refund for the light. I wanted structure to give me a new light, and provide a contractor to install it for free. But they don't have contractors for that. Since I had to pay the contractor and uber, i wasted a total of 200$ . Still do not have a ceiling light in my living room to this day. read more

Ordered a sectional online and when it arrived to my area, I called the freight company to inquire about the status of the delivery, but they told me that they could not deliver the sofa because Structube had not paid them for the freight charges, even though I prepaid them for the item including shipping costs. Now my item is being held up and no ETA yet on when it might be delivered. Will be filing a claim with my credit card company for a refund. My suggestion would be to go someplace more reputable to buy your furniture. read more

Poor customer service and horrible quality. Bought a wine cabinet and every single piece was scratched or defective. Since the product was discontinued it was not possible to get a new one, which was fine. Then they refused to pick up from our house since we had picked it up from the store. This company does not care once they take your money. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. My chairs were delivered with dents, scratches, and damage all over. They do not look new. I contacted them using the online form on their site, but no one replied. I had to use twitter and facebook before I finally got a response. Then it took them 3 days to "open" the request for a refund which was just an email telling me they're "investigating". I followed up 5 days after the request was opened because I had no updates. I sent another follow up because they still haven't responded to my follow-up. I regret buying from them. I have only purchased from Structube once, and will NEVER do so again! I don't have a car, and my family members who do all have tiny cars. There were some things I was interested in buying from Structube, but I don't like the idea of buying furniture that I haven't tried out. Luckily, a chair I liked was at a store close enough for me to beg a ride from family. But as for a picture I really liked, which was posted on their site, there weren't any stores close by where I could view it. So I took a chance and ordered it, along with a cream-coloured version of the chair I had tried out. No one I'm close with has a vehicle big enough to pick them up, so I paid $90 for the items to be shipped to me. When they arrived, I was disappointed to see that the chair was marked in various places, sort of scuffed, but I was putting a throw rug and pillows on it, so I didn't bother making an issue out of it. The picture, though, was a huge disappointment. It cost $139, and looked nothing like it did on--or as it was described on--the website. Not only that, but it's on stretched canvas, and one of the wooden slats which keep the canvas stretched was snapped in half--the part that was broken was very dark--it looked to me like the wood was rotten. I wrote an email, including pics of the broken slat, to the company immediately. It was a very long time before I got a response, but when I did, it was telling me to email a different address with my problem. I did so, but heard nothing back for so long, that I eventually emailed a general address and threatened to write a report here if I heard nothing back. I then got a quick email saying my return had been approved and someone would be in touch with me. During this entire process, I was trying to post an online review of the picture I had purchased; I gave it one star, and explained the situation. Not only were none of the reviews I submitted posted on their site, but none of my review submissions were even acknowledged. Finally one day I got an email from a "*******," saying that they were going to pick up the picture and refund my money, and all I had to do was call a particular number and set up a time. It was the middle of a work day. I called the number repeatedly; every time I called, I got a message saying they were open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am-5:00 pm, that I should call back during business hours, and then the line would hang up on me. That was the last straw for me: I emailed ******* back, informed him that the picture was going out in the trash the next day, and that all I wanted at this point was for the company to allow me to post a fair (but understandably negative) review of this picture (I also advised him to fix the phone system). I never heard anything back, and the review I submitted that day wasn't hostile, rather it was accurate and I cannot imagine it violated ANY rules. That was days ago, I never heard back from anyone, never had the review posted or even acknowledged. At this point, my major issue is that they won't seem to post negative reviews; surely that cannot be legal. Because if you go on their website, it is BRIMMING with 5-star reviews, but has very few negative reviews. I thought that was unusual when I was looking to buy, but I ignored the warnings in my head and went ahead with the purchase and the delivery anyway. Of all the reviews on their site, every single one but three (which give the item a four out of five stars) has a five-star review. What are the odds of that being accurate in any universe??? read more

I would rate zero for this, but too bad there's no option for that. For whoever can see the view on yelp, I have received the worst customer service and shopping experience at structube. It has been two months, I have not received my order. I was told to have it delivered by the end of oct. then trying to reach for customer service, the phone was never answered during the regular hour everyday. Now I have spent much money on purchasing, and receiving nothing, even didn't hear back from them. I purchased this bed a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that I am very impressed. They came to deliver the bed when they said they would which a lot more then I can say for most companies that keep you guessing as to when the delivery might arrive. The instructions were VERY easy to follow and the bed was assembled in no time. The construction and quality are very impressive considering the price I paid. I would certainly recommend Structube and plan on furnishing the rest of my bedroom from them. read more
