A few months ago, I ordered three glass candle holders. I emailed the company immediately to report that all three arrived either broken or damaged. Their customer service, which is only available by email, is absolutely TERRIBLE. I had to constantly follow up with them about those three candle holders. Otherwise, I honestly believe I would still be waiting for the replacements today. The result? After more than three months, I finally received the replacement candle holders on June 4. Unfortunately, one of the replacement candle holders arrived broken again. Despite this experience, I decided to give the store another chance. Exactly one month ago today, I placed another order, this time for a SMEG Stand Mixer in White Cream. The company claims they shipped my mixer, but I have proof that I NEVER received it. The only package I received contained the replacement candle holders they had been dealing with for over three months. My mixer was not in the box. I have been trying to resolve this issue by email, but it seems like they couldn't care less. I've been waiting for almost a full day for a response, and I've heard absolutely nothing. At this point, I honestly feel like I've been scammed. To make matters even worse, the current status of my order still says "We're preparing these items for shipping." I even emailed them a screenshot showing that status, which completely contradicts their claim that the mixer was already shipped. If they do not resolve this situation immediately, I will have no choice but to take legal action and file a claim in court. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my partner also placed an order on the exact same day I ordered my mixer. She purchased a SMEG kettle, and she is in the exact same situation. Neither of us has received our products, yet we are both making monthly payments for items we never received. This is a COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT for consumers. I fully intend to pursue my legal rights and seek compensation through the courts for everything this situation has caused. If you don't want to deal with terrible customer service or risk paying for products that are never delivered, I strongly DO NOT recommend buying from this store. 4 months ago my husband and I sold our house of 32 years and we're very excited to move and buy all new furniture. we spent over 40,000$ at must Societe laval. everything was great! they were happy to take our money. since then the whole experience has been a nightmare. three weeks ago we received out 10,000$ dining room table in the wrong colour. we re he'd out to their complaint department our salesman and the manager who have all done nothing to resolve this issue. the table still sits in our dining room. today we received two nightable lamps. the two were not the same colour. we tried to call the number they gave us were out in hold for 20 minutes and never spoke to anymore. no one has contacted us and we don't know what to do except sue them which we will have no choice but do. the stress and anxiety they have caused us is unacceptable! read more

WOW !!!!!!! This place is EPIC! Starting with the coffee. And the bread. This is a complex of many different shoppes/businesses all collaborating together. This center of commerce is mega huge with mega BIG names. Top Furniture Designers. Names you know already and names you don't know. You can "hang" here for hours on end, and be quite comfortable. Great for families. Great for everybody. Very nice and very welcoming staff. I purchased an entire bag of Venezia 500GR after having a latte... I was knocked out by how smooth the flavor of this coffee bean I also purchased several items for the kitchen & living room. Will return to buy more things read more

Employees are unwilling to cooperate, phone calls are not returned, the organisation seems disorganized... Terrible customer service!! We received a call telling us our chairs were in Laval and we can come pick them up however we ordered from Must Societe in Griffintown. We were supposed to be picking them up at the store in Griffintown. We understand the store is closed in Griffintown so we asked if they can deliver them to our place. They had the audacity to request $50 for delivery. This is outrageous especially since Must Societe is currently offering no taxes and free shipping on all orders online. I sent numerous emails and never received any response. What a waste of time and energy. read more

Worst customer experience I've ever had. If there are any issues, good luck getting them to handle it. They will avoid your calls and emails. And when you finally get in touch, they will act as if they never received your communications. My table was delivered with a crack on it, and I was also overcharged for delivery fees and they've been avoiding all my emails/calls. Hoping someone higher up there will see this, and do something to put in place proper customer service processes. It's sad to see how little this company cares about the customers :( read more
