I went in to ask if they refill ink cartridges since that's what they advertise…read more The guys who claims to have been at the same location for 15 years,says it's impossible to refill the Epson cartridge. I told him I last refilled it at Costco,he tells me that's impossible. I should have taken that red flag and left,but being the confidence man he is,he soon convinced me to actually bring him my printer and for 12.95 he would check it,clean it and if I decide I would buy "the best" cartridge from him. He kept throwing different numbers at me,now in retrospect,just to confuse the customer.All he really did was press buttons on my printer that I have already done,nozzle cleaning and print head cleaning. He pretended to be busier than was necessary and slipped in one of his cartridges whilst talking to me claiming he would give me the best price.He kept repeating different percentages he would take off. To make a long and upsetting story short, he starts to tally numbers on his calculator and comes up with $61.00?? I was taken aback. He saw my reaction,pressed a few more buttons on his calculator and with a snide and demeaning tone says, how about $58.82,isn't that better. I took my printer and walked out.Of course I paid the artist.I then checked in with a friend who tells me he had 2 such incidents with this guy in the past. This is why I'm taking the time to expose this human. Please,DO NOT utilize this place and get sucked in to this guys lies and deceptions like I did. CAUTION to all!!!!

They have my favourite notebook brand (clairefontaine) and I can always count on them to have fair prices. Every time I need whiteout, pencils, erasers, etc... during my exam season, I go here and pick them up. It's convenient and well stocked. Dollarama school supplies are too cheaply made and Jean coutu sells almost the same product but at unreasonable prices. Bureau en gros only has sales in September for back to school, otherwise everything is full price and not worth it since you can get it here for less. If you can, try to stop here for your school supplies :) Well worth the money.

I couldn't be happier. I had concerns about my order and contacted them via email after submitting my order: Guy Filion promptly responded and addressed all of my concerns. The order arrived in good condition and was complete. I feel compelled to point out the extraordinary care that was taken by the person packaging my order: Every void was filled with bubble wrap, even within the manufacturers' boxes, to ensure that the glass bottles were secure and fully immobilized! Additionally, every ink bottle was placed in its own sealed plastic bag to contain leaks, should there be any. Then, everything was double packaged in bubble wrap! This is exceptional attention to detail and I appreciate this very much. I highly recommend Stylo.ca.

I purchased a hard drive online and had it shipped to this Bureau en Gros. At the time, they were…read moreonly offering curbside service (or the website was offering free delivery). I opted for the curbside service so made my purchase online for an SSD drive for my laptop which was on sale, entered my Air Miles card during my order and was informed that my item would be available for pick-up the following day at noon. Since the following day was a Friday and it would be more convenient for me to drop by this Bureau en Gros on the weekend, I didn't show up on Friday but showed up on Saturday. I parked at the designated pick-up spot and called the number indicated by the sign. Someone picked up the phone and I informed him that I was there to pick up my SSD and gave my name and my order number. After less than a minute someone came to my car and handed me a bag (he didn't ask to see the email message that I received for my order). I looked inside the bag and saw the box for the SSD drive. Went home and for the next ~3 days, I received email messages informing me that if I didn't pick up my item, I would be refunded the purchase price. I didn't think much about it since I already picked up the item so assumed the email message was sent in error. Bureau En Gros refunded the purchase price and then charged the price again the following day (this time without my Air Miles card number in the purchase). From now on, I will either go into the store and purchase the item or if purchasing the item online, I will have it shipped/delivered to me for free as opposed to opting for curbside pickup.
