I remember they…read morewere the only place who still had that plastic wrap to cover your books after the back to school sales were over. They even sponsored my yearbook when I was a senior. They have my favourite notebook brand (clairefontaine) and I can always count on them to have fair prices. Every time I need whiteout, pencils, erasers, etc... during my exam season, I go here and pick them up. It's convenient and well stocked. Dollarama school supplies are too cheaply made and Jean coutu sells almost the same product but at unreasonable prices. Bureau en gros only has sales in September for back to school, otherwise everything is full price and not worth it since you can get it here for less. If you can, try to stop here for your school supplies :) Well worth the money.

I went in to ask if they refill ink cartridges since that's what they advertise…read more The guys who claims to have been at the same location for 15 years,says it's impossible to refill the Epson cartridge. I told him I last refilled it at Costco,he tells me that's impossible. I should have taken that red flag and left,but being the confidence man he is,he soon convinced me to actually bring him my printer and for 12.95 he would check it,clean it and if I decide I would buy "the best" cartridge from him. He kept throwing different numbers at me,now in retrospect,just to confuse the customer.All he really did was press buttons on my printer that I have already done,nozzle cleaning and print head cleaning. He pretended to be busier than was necessary and slipped in one of his cartridges whilst talking to me claiming he would give me the best price.He kept repeating different percentages he would take off. To make a long and upsetting story short, he starts to tally numbers on his calculator and comes up with $61.00?? I was taken aback. He saw my reaction,pressed a few more buttons on his calculator and with a snide and demeaning tone says, how about $58.82,isn't that better. I took my printer and walked out.Of course I paid the artist.I then checked in with a friend who tells me he had 2 such incidents with this guy in the past. This is why I'm taking the time to expose this human. Please,DO NOT utilize this place and get sucked in to this guys lies and deceptions like I did. CAUTION to all!!!!
