I couldn't be happier. I had concerns about my order and contacted them via email after submitting my order: Guy Filion promptly responded and addressed all of my concerns. The order arrived in good condition and was complete. I feel compelled to point out the extraordinary care that was taken by the person packaging my order: Every void was filled with bubble wrap, even within the manufacturers' boxes, to ensure that the glass bottles were secure and fully immobilized! Additionally, every ink bottle was placed in its own sealed plastic bag to contain leaks, should there be any. Then, everything was double packaged in bubble wrap! They have my favourite notebook brand (clairefontaine) and I can always count on them to have fair prices. Every time I need whiteout, pencils, erasers, etc... during my exam season, I go here and pick them up. It's convenient and well stocked. Dollarama school supplies are too cheaply made and Jean coutu sells almost the same product but at unreasonable prices. Bureau en gros only has sales in September for back to school, otherwise everything is full price and not worth it since you can get it here for less. If you can, try to stop here for your school supplies :) Well worth the money.

My advice: do not rely solely on what the sales agent or representative tells you--always read every document carefully before signing. There are a couple of computers kept physically clean and also blessedly clean of crazy downloads and popups. The print process is super easy, you can't really fuck it up, you open your file and hit print and it comes out of the machine right behind you. If you need help the men and women who work here never seem to have the mad stressed out vibe of other print shop hustlers, maybe because it is a little tucked out of the way. They are mellow but ready to help and they seem to know their stuff, though honestly my needs have been pretty plug and play so far. One of the guys who works here is deaf. He is awesome, very friendly and funny and fast. Pro tip: you do not need to yell or gesticulate wildly for him to understand you, just relax, he reads lips, everything will be fine.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT BUREAU EN GROS!!! Went to the shop to buy a projector. Only 2 old models…read moreavailable on display. I was told that the other models are only available thru the website, no other options available. Went on website of Bureau enGros (Steples) on black Friday bought and settled in full $633 through my credit card and delivery scheduled in 4 days. On the auspicious day, no delivery. Checked my mail, order has been cancelled for no reason. The phone number on the cancellation mail to contact them is completely wrong. Found the their number on google, called, spend 2 hours on the phone, transferred from person to person. Finally, they explained that the card did not pass, but the amount was debited and refunded. The order was placed again, my bank account was debited again, for quick delivery, the order was placed at St-Bruno shop address. Sales person confirmed that everything is ok that time, told me to wait for 2 hours for delivery and to pick up the item there. After 3 hours, checked my mail, the order was cancelled again. Called the customer service again to know the reason, this time I asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service person said they don't have any supervisor there and cut the line. What a horrible experience. I think that this shop is advertising fake promotion and scam customers. I have wasted time and lost all potential deals in other shops. You should be ashamed!!!!
