If I could select zero, I would. I have gift cards from about 2010 (found after cleaning out drawers!). Asked in store if I could use them- they said I would have to call 1-888-lasenza to get them switched to current computer system as the gift cards are too old and incompatible with current system. I called and was asked to email a picture of the cards- one which is brand new $50 (still attached to paper tag) and another which is partial (about $31). the first email from "Brie" stated: "Since it's been over 5 years, we're unable to verify the balance on this card. However, I'd love to offer you a 15% promo code for your next purchase! You can use this code alongside any other promotions we have on our website." After much back and forth, the most recent email states they were able to verify that the card has zero balance. How is it that first you were unable to check the card balance and now you're telling me there is zero balance?? That is BS. So anyone with gift cards older than 2019, you have just lost all your money to this unworthy company. The company just stole about $80 from my gift cards with no product in return. It is sad that this is a Canadian company. They need more training in Customer service- perhaps from American counterparts who are thriving. I will never give one more penny to this company. Buyers beware- DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam by changing their computer systems claiming they are invalid. The money is still valid. Very disappointing. read more

This store looks like a cross between Victoria Secret and Hot Topic. The bra and underwear look and feel like the same lingerie you would find in VS but it is significantly cheaper. When I went they had buy one get one free bras and buy two get two free undies. The most expensive bra I could find was $40 but there are a lot of $20 bras. The underwear was $10 each. With the deal each bra was $20 and the underwear was $5 each, very reasonable! When we entered we were greeted and helped. Our sales girl Ally helped us find the perfect bras with a great fit. They have a wide variety to choose from. They will try to get you to sign up for their discount card which costs $10. You do get $15 on your birthday so it may be worth it. It guarantees you 10% off every purchase for an entire year. So if you spend over $100 then it's worth it because it is free when you add the discount. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer service is awful. It was later in the evening and there were that many customers in the shop(maybe 3) but I had an awful experience. I was looking to spend a decent amount of money in the store and had heard about the store recently opening in Woodfield. I spent about 15 minutes in the store and walked out actually embarrassed and felt a waste of time. I wasn't greeted by any of the three sales associates on the floor. You could clearly tell I was actually looking at items. Trying to find sizes that I couldn't find and the sales associates would literally be right next to me and wouldn't say anything. Even as I struggled to find my size (which unless you wear a size that is not a medium they have a horrible in stock variety). I eventually walked up to a sales associate who wasn't warm and friendly to me at all. I asked if they do bra sizing and she just gave me a quick glance and said "One moment." as she went to grab an item for a customer in the dressing room. I figured she would at least take me back to the dressing room to give me some privacy even with just using the measuring tape. Nope. She measured me right in the open of the store. Didn't offer to help me with my coat or anything! She then told me my size which she actually was completely off on after I went to a different store that actually took their time with me. I wanted to ask her for some suggestions of bras that she felt would be good for me. Instead she rushed off. Distraught and just overwhelmed with embarrassment I left the store. I would have loved to have spent my money there but they really need to work on customer service. I saw other customers come in during my time there and they weren't being helped either. So fun and affordable!! They put some pretty edgy lingerie in the window, but don't let that scare you away if you like simple stuff. They sell many practical panties too. Definitely more affordable than Victoria's Secret, and I don't notice a difference in underwear quality!! Woohoo! Can't speak for bras because I haven't tried any. The customer service was fine. I had to exchange some gifts and they were chill about it. I've noticed that they will measure your bra size in the middle of the store. Just tell them if you want to do it in private. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This is a very long overdue review. I came here a couple weeks ago while I was at Woodfield. Actually, I was headed to Victoria's Secret and passed by this place, I figured I'd check it out. I was immediately approached by a sales associate and she quickly sized me, grabbed some options and took me to the fitting rooms. Now here's the deal...the store had a 40% off bras sale going on at the time, and the girl (her name was Denise) told me if I sign up for their rewards program that day, I would get an extra 50% off my purchase. I literally, very specifically asked her...so I would get the bras at 40% off and then an additional 50% off my total? And she said yes. Who wouldn't think this is a great deal?? I was so excited to try on as many options as I could. I spent almost an hr and a half in the store trying on bras. I picked out other items as well. Then I go to check out. Denise rings me up, it is at THIS POINT that she tells me that if I sign up for the rewards program I only get the 50% off my items. So I don't get both deals (as she stated I would earlier). I was a little annoyed, why would you give me false information. But even still, I figured it's a good deal regardless, however I did put some of my items away. Anyway she rings my items for 50% off, then she tells me my rewards card is free today, I didn't understand what she meant so I asked her. Basically, to sign up for their rewards program, it's a $10 charge. I have NEVER heard of a store charging anyone to sign up for their rewards. But she told me it was free, so I was like sure whatever. At this point, I'm over the false/hidden info, I just want to buy my stuff and get out. She hands me my receipt and I'm looking at it and I see I have in fact been charged $10 for the stupid rewards program. I go back to Denise and ask her why the charge is showing on my receipt. This girl who was talking off my ear, calling me "babe" every 5 words now all of a sudden can't seem to explain anything to me, she calls over a very rude manager. The manager tells me the 50% off savings per item plus the additional 20% off savings equals the $10 for the rewards card and thus it's not a big deal. OH YES IT FREAKIN IS. I point out to the manager that the extra 20% off doesn't even add up to $10. She still insists that I'm getting such a good deal, I should be fine with paying the $10. The thing that annoys me the most is I was NEVER told about a $10 charge, why would I ever pay $10 for a rewards program at a bootleg, wanna-be, discount brand version of Victoria's Secret??? At least Victoria's Secret has a name, no one has ever heard of La Senza. I was pissed at this point, I told the manager to return all my shit, I was going to get the bras at 40% off, and I do not want the stupid rewards card. The manager then has the nerve to show ample attitude as she's returning my stuff. Don't be mad at me, be mad at your sales associate who worked with me for an hr and a half, shoved this rewards card down my throat, yet somehow forgot to mention $10 charge for it. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I bought my two bras, I left and went immediately to Victoria's Secret where the sales associates were CLASSY (unlike La Senza), they were helpful and not pushy, I bought more items, paid less, and even got a $20 coupon with my purchase. read more

Weird to see poor reviews, all the employees who work at this la senza in woodfield are extremely helpful and super sweet! To the other lady who wrote a previous review complaining about pricing and discounts sorry but you sound like an idiot and I don't think her review reflects the store at all. If you want bras for 90% off shop at Walmart and stop complaining. I have the discount card and it comes in handy very much well worth over the $10 it costs. I personally think la senza has the cutest lingerie out of anywhere, such a wide variety of sizes, always has great sales, the staff is great, its one of my favorite stores! read more

I never make reviews but I had such a great experience here and hope more women can too! I have only ever found my size 32DDD at VS. Someone recommenced La Senza to me and it is great! They have a vast array of sizes and styles. They have great prices and are high quality! The ladies there are all very nice and helpful and do all they can to work with you but don't push sales on you! This will definitely be my new store for bras. read more

I was so happy with my experience here, that I just had to write a review! I don't know about you ladies, but I dread bra shopping.. I feel like the stores are organized in a way i don't understand, and I can never find what I'm looking for. There's so many styles, padding levels, laces, straps and materials that I get overwhelmed and end up leaving the store frustrated. I walked in and was helped within my first 2 minutes there. The lady was very kind and asked me what I was shopping for. She asked me a few other questions about the bra I wanted, and within 5 minutes I was measured and trying on bras. Turns out, I was wearing the wrong size my whole life! The bras I tired on fit/support me so well, and I never would have found what I needed as quickly and effortlessly as I did with the help of the associate. Advice: Don't be so pushy with your customers. Allow them to browse and get a feel for what they like. If/when they need you, the majority of the time they WILL let you know. I could barely get a word in (or breathe) because of how often one of the sales associates was in my space.
