The worst company for moving I have sent a stove in the fridge two months ago and we haven't received it yet. I call every week and they always tell me the same. Excuse me you have it one Philadelphia get it. You're gonna get in contact with me to schedule day to bring it to me. They contact me four days ago and tell me that we're gonna bring it to be in the house from 9 AM to 6 PM and they never show up and then they have the nerve to take if you're not there then you're gonna have to come and pick it up. No, I'm not driving from Lebanon to Philadelphia just because they don't wanna do your job. I sure could've read another people, but I didn't want to give the opportunity to Spanish people as I'm a Spanish but then they messed up. They're not organize and as I read all this review, I shouldn't know better. I should've searched the review first before I rent and use this company. I will never use this company again and as I see review I see they respond you back with the apology. I don't need nobody's apology. I usually don't write reviews because I believe many situations depend on the circumstances at the moment. But this time I decided to make one. I asked this company for a quote to move from Las Vegas to Deltona, FL. After three weeks of calling and asking what was going on, I had to give up even though I had already sent them a list of the items to move supported by photos. I called several times and the person never answered the phone; I could only speak with who I believe was a receptionist. They kept promising that I would receive a call back the same day, but that never happened. In the end, I thank God that I will not be moving with them, because if they cannot even provide a quote, I can only imagine the problems I would have had with an actual move. i hired to company to move my belongings from Orlando to San Juan PR in 2022 all fine until they deliver. The employee after charging me 40 $ for tax in cash before unloading he said so i need to inform you please open all in my presence so i can write a damage report and file. i said what happened all boxes was still in truck he said everything got wet at our storage and most should be damaged. Exactly everything was wet boxes ripped and all my bed sets, and furniture stained and wet. I filled a court claim they never paid me one penny. My parents used this company back then 30 yrs ago. it was good respectful and sincere. NOW no one cared and i had no clothes, no bed or furniture. i had to move for family health serious issues and i lost all i had .. i see here a manager replying to all comments i had no one helping me and i know they have the money to pay for damage plus insurance was also documented. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MOVER CURSED, PUNCHED, AND THREW BOXES in my home. I felt unsafe. The Chicago team was amazing. I shipped 19 boxes in August and was told 4 to 6 weeks. The shipment FINALLY was delivered mid-December after 3 months of attempting to reach a human or get a return call from the Puerto Rico office. When I did reach a person, I was often hung up on when I did not speak Spanish. They blamed "new laws" on the delay and that the office is 'overwhelmed'. I was initially quoted $55 taxes and $105 for the delivery. I was quickly called back and told that it would be $210 because of the stairs. Josie tells me they'd like to deliver on Monday. I informed her I would be at work. She said that "the girls in the office" would call me Monday morning to arrange a delivery date and time. She was "only translating because no one else was able to speak English." The girls in the office didn't call Monday morning. I tried multiple times Monday morning to call the office and no one answered the phone. Instead, I get a text from the driver saying he's on the way. I tell him, "I'm at work, we have to reschedule." Again, multiple unreturned calls & messages to the office. On THURSDAY, someone from the office stating "the truck driver showed me your text". Her call was to inform me that the delivery would now be $410, and if I didn't like it, I could just pick the items up myself for $350. Beyond disgusted with the company at this point, and was afraid they'd damage my belongings. Driver shows up and demands $465 CASH. "Pay us $465 cash, it is $410 to unload it at the base of the stairs. We will add an additional $200 to the cost if we leave" We went to an atm and paid, again out of fear they would attempt to extort me out of even more money. One of the movers starts cursing loudly as he is carrying in my boxes. He THROWS a box and PUNCHES a box. (See fist hole in the picture) I was genuinely scared for my safety. The boss with the paperwork did not even address this behavior. I had a large man acting violently in my home. Anything fragile is broken, regardless of the care taken in packing. Comenzaré con lo único positivo, entregaron la mudanza día antes de lo esperado. Hubiese preferido que llegara tarde y completa. Al desempacar nos percatamos de que faltan pertenencias (de cajas distintas). Nos robaron TODAS NUESTRAS PRENDAS, pero dejaron algunas de las cajitas/empaques vacios para que las recordemos. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! THEY WILL NOT ARRIVE ON SCHEDULE and THEY may MISHANDLE YOUR FURNITURE! Recently hired this company to move a bedroom set from New York to Orlando. Getting a quote went smoothly. Day of pick up they did not arrive and they did not call to advise the truck was full and they would not be able to pick up my furniture. Someone waited at home all day for nothing, they showed up the next day and I will say the driver was nice. They packaged everything with the exception of my mattress which I thought they maybe were going to package before shipping out. Upon pick up I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. 8 weeks later, we received part of shipment and had to physically go retrieve the rest of it from the Orlando warehouse. Brace yourself for customer service, the team in NY wasn't bad but Orlando was a different story. I actually felt bad for them, I felt they couldn't answer my questions regardless of how I asked because they did not have answers. They dropped off the dressers and part of the bedframe, when asked for the mattress and remaining items they responded saying they had no idea why it wasn't loaded onto the truck and confirmed seeing it in the warehouse. Drop off was on a Friday, I called same day asking for an update on the remaining items only to be told they would call me back. NO ONE CALLED, called Saturday same issue. Called Monday asking when we could expect drop-off. Again, I was told they'd call me back. Afternoon came around, NO ONE CALLED and my husband made his way to the warehouse. The warehouse was a mess, he was able to retrieve the mattress and pending items. They did not package they mattress, they left in the bag I had placed it in. The mattress received water damage and when I informed them of this I was told they have no idea how that happened? I haven't set the bed up and am hoping the mattress might be okay after it's cleaned, but you may want to think about using them. They will brush off your many calls, they'll send you in circles and they will never be on time. We have them do a service to move a furniture piece from Lakeland to NJ and it's being over a month and a half and still waiting. The Orlando area were very fast on charging the account for not delivering the product. We have called over 8 times just to get an update, they are very RUDE on the phone to my wife before placing her on hold (hold time varied from 17 minutes to 25 minutes), then they hang up on your call or they just keep transfering you to someone else. Also the employees weren't professional, they came in the house with their mask under their chin and walked all over the house not caring, talking at loud. This company I would not recommend at all, I just moved from the Bronx, NY to Orlando, FL. This company move my three bedroom furnished apartment and 24 sealed boxes. The company took everything out my apartment September 21, 2020 and I received my move October 16th, 2020. The men brought in my furniture and was rushing and damaged my furniture. I have very expensive furniture that I paid and put extra Insurance on my furniture. The two men only Assembled a twin bed and a bar with two stools and my children's desk. Mind you I had a queen bed, vanity, bunkbeds , and my baby's crib that they did not assemble. The men told me that they don't assemble cribs or bunkbeds. Nor that they cannot assemble my queen size bed because the screws were missing which in the case I had a bag of screws and he said those weren't it which in all was. I told him it was, they didn't want to do there job. They left my mattress on the floor and told me to call the company it's self to put in a claim. I had to pay someone to assemble everything in my home, the the movers from la Rosa Del Monte did not want to do. I was told that they would break everything down and put everything back together. I paid $3,400 and for there services. I was very disappointed. Last but not least later on that night. I unpack all 24 boxes and to find out that the company robbed me. I had my jewelry box that was missing all of my jewelry in it and all of my children's jewelry we're all gone. Someone went into my box stole my jewelry and taped the box as if nothing ever happened. One of their employees did such a terrible thing. When I was trusting this company and to be disappointed. One of their employees most likely and has done this more then once had to have a machine to detect jewelry being in a box. That's my guess. All I know my jewelry was gone. My wedding rings and my husband wedding band gone. I felt so violated that somebody would go into my personal belongings and steel. I had necklaces, earrings, bracelets all gone. Everything was real gold 14k. My beautiful wedding ring I had beautiful diamonds gone! I had family heirlooms that can never be replaced with any amount of money. I wanted to cry when seeing everything gone. I put in a claim with the company, I had to send an e-mail. I actually got a call back today that they would put in the claim and email Puerto Rico I don't know if that's another branch. They lady I spoke to really couldn't tell me any details and wasn't sure how long this will take to resolve this claim. Please what ever you do not go with this company unless you want to get robbed. There so many ppl dealing with you boxes and furniture, you don't know who could be a thief. This company should not be in the business. They lied to my 73 year old mother multiple times. They took 3 months to deliver my mothers shipment. She had to spend the holidays living out of her suitcase. When she would call and finally get a hold of someone on th e phone, she told things like it will be there in 5 days, but it never arrived, or you have to write a letter to this person, just delaying her constantly . She asked one of their manager it they have a tracking number or reference number that so she could track the shipment, she was told and I quote ( because I was sitting right next to her on she was on speaker) , " we do not use those number because we are an independent company", this was from a manager in Orlando, but when I spoke to the manager in San Diego she gave me the number right away. Really? lying to an Senior with disabilities? Then after all that, I asked and thought that some kind of discount should be given because the charged her $3100 to get a shipment from Orlando to California and it took 3 MONTHS!!! The wrote me back and said they would send here a check for $120 which we have not seen yet. This company is terrible at shipping but is good at taking advantage of poor old ladies and lying to it's customers, especially when they have already been paid.
