We ordered The Bang Bang, The Gringo, The Smoking Pastor, The Banh Fire, and the Smoked Corn Elote. My favorite was The Bang Bang and the elote. Everything was so good. The Smoke Elote had fried onions on it that really make it stand out. Service was amazing, and the restaurant was nice and clean! Definitely a must try if you are in the area!

Some of the best tacos I've had in a long time. The corn was also really good. Not the best I've had but still very tasty. The churros were okay. I think it would be better without the whipped cream and the caramel sauce. They were pretty busy and I ended up cleaning my own table since people can't clean up after themselves...smh. They do serve Coke so that's a plus. Parking is a little challenging though at the Riverdale location.

But let's be honest: you're really there for the tequila, and it is flowing! The drink menu is so diverse, creative, and plain fun that we had a blast just reading through all the options. The service was fast, friendly, and super knowledgeable, guiding us through the selection. Running into a great friend while we were there made an already awesome night even better. Whether you stop in for a quick drink and an appetizer or settle in for the evening, you will not be disappointed. I'd easily recommend going back multiple times!

For a second I wondered if they were closed, but someone eventually came out and seated me. That initial vibe had me a bit concerned, but I stuck it out. I started with the chips, corn, and guacamole, which was decent, nothing mind-blowing but fresh enough and got the job done. The Cadillac Margarita ($20) was a disappointment though. It was basically a glass of ice with way too much lime juice dominating everything; I could barely taste the tequila. The Michelada was better, solid and refreshing, and the service was about the same: friendly and attentive enough once they got going, but nothing standout. But holy smokes, that asada stuffed burrito saved the whole meal. The asada was ridiculously tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in a solid burrito. That one item alone made me glad I came. Overall, the place has some hits and misses. If the asada is what you're after, it's worth it. Just maybe skip the Cadillac marg and don't expect a lively atmosphere on a slow night. I'd go back for the burrito.

So we did. We ended up ordering 3 things: Carne Asada taco: 3.5-stars. Fine, but the steak definitely tasted a bit on the lower quality end. When I dressed it up with onions and salsa from the bar, things improved. Al Pastor taco: 5-stars. One of the best things I ate in Utah. No notes. A perfect taco. Cake: 1.5-stars. I don't know what these were, but they looked appealing as they sat next to the check-out counter. At the last second, I opted to grab one. I took a couple of bites and immediately regretted it. It tasted like it possibly had been sitting in that case since Christmas. I'd happily come back here again when I'm back in Utah just for that Al Pastor taco, but I'd probably opt to try a couple others too.

My partner got 3 birria enchiladas smothered in red sauce and the flavors were all there. The only thing we should have done differently was ordered all 3 meats in the enchiladas.
