This is the nastiest hotel ever. Mold in room. Leaking ceiling , roaches , hair in bathroom and TV stand. The microwave was dirty . Soiled tissue in the chair. To make it worse the folded towels was damp and musty. Please think twice before staying here. read more

This wasn't the most modern and updated hotel and the bathrooms, while clean seemed in need of updating and the same goes for the hall ways, door frames and much of the decor. That said the service was great. We were greeting with a friendly tone and they went out of the way to make sure we had extra linens and towels. I would not recommend La Quinta, I just got back home from staying there for 3 days. The bathroom toilet ran constantly unless you go to handle a little bit or lift the handle up. Then at one point time it started to overflow. I went downstairs to get the maintenance guy or have them come and fix it. The girl there gave me a plunger, which was OK if the maintenance guy wasn't there at the moment but he never showed up we never got fresh towels the whole time we were there I would not recommend this place. Nor did anyone come in to empty the garbage. I mentioned it the night before we were leaving the guy downstairs at the desk made excuses. There are no excuses not to be on your game when you have guest in your room that we rented. read more

I wouldn't recommend. The location is decent. Close to nearby restaurants. The hotel had some renovations to the front. The lobby area is very misleading - very clean and modern. The room was very disappointing. Outdated and dingy. The beds weren't comfortable. They felt lumpy. The bathroom was nasty looking. Scuff marks on the back of the door. The tub had a visible dirt ring. The towel hook was broke. I left very early the next day so I don't know much about any other amenities. This place is horrible. It's run down, musty, dingy and dirty. Room cost us $166 and the microwave was moldy, the fridge wasn't cold, the coffee maker in the room did not have a coffee pot or coffee. I felt very dirty staying there. The "breakfast" was a joke! Watered down coffee and the selection of things to eat was nasty cereal and boiled eggs. Do not let the pictures the business posts fool you. There is not a continental breakfast here. read more

We booked our stay here on their website and had no issues. They're found close to the freeway entrance, various food places and you'll find a gas station coming off the main road towards the hotel. This location was easy to get to and has a decent amount of parking. They also have a few small areas where you can take your dogs to go potty (just a note that I didn't find any real area to throw your doggy baggies away). The check in and check out process was quick and the people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was organized and clean. You'll find restrooms down the hall from the front desk and the workout room not that far away from the restrooms (all on the first floor). They do offer breakfast, but we had to leave before they started serving the foodies. We were able to find our room easily and get our things in fairly quick. Upon walking into our room, we did get hit with a strong floral smell (not sure if this is in any other rooms), but it's barible. Our room was neat and organized. The beds (mattress, sheets and pillows) were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice (loved the lighting around the mirror) and loved the shower head (had multiple settings). We were able to relax and destress from our long drive. We loved our room, but did find a few things that we brought up to La Quinta and they were very receptive with those critiques. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you're in the area because they're really friendly and the place is comfortable. read more

Fresh off of a 18-19 hour drive with 3 kids and a dog, I came here just looking for a room to sleep in before continuing the other 13 hours of our drive, but found much more than that. The woman who checked me in was so incredibly nice and pleasant & so accommodating. I was exhausted and every other hotel was giving me problems with either pet fees (one wanted $100 non refundable fee) or with the time I had come in. She helped me get checked right in and seemed so genuinely happy that we had come. After the trip we had, that was so incredibly needed. Later on in the evening we came down to take the dog on a walk and the evening gentleman was so incredibly friendly as well. He showed the dog love and even gave him a treat for being a good boy. Around 6 hours into our stay I got a huge headache, meds available downstairs at the front desk without having to leave. Snacks available, room clean, comfortable, cold, and roomy. Grounds are well maintained and the outside is beautiful and landscaped. Pet waste bags easily available, and an incredible staff. Only downfall is living so far from this beautiful place. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Customer service was excellent. Prices were very reasonable especially since we had a pet only $25 charge. First one I have stayed at where I could get a beer and watch the football game. The only down side was the breakfast and they need to add some outside lighting back by the pool to walk your dog at night. It is right behind Chic- filet so we grabbed breakfast on the way to the interstate. Will make it our regular stop on the way to the beach. read more

I have no clue why this hotel has 4 stars. It is by far the most disgusting hotel I've stayed at in my life-to the point that I was tempted to go back to my car and sleep in here. There were hairs stuck to "clean" towels, crumbs and dirt on the floor, gross stains on the bathroom floors, and cobwebs in the ceiling corner of the room. Due to being so disgusted in the state of what was apparently their only room available, I placed my sweatshirt over the pillow so my face wouldn't touch the linen. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to find a better hotel. read more

This place will get a half star if it was possible. Made reservation on online for 2 days, called in hours before arriving stated we wanted 2 days, arrived told desk clerk we needed 2 day stay. Short story short, on the second day of stay while I was out visiting a local water park on Christmas Day they contacted me stating they moved my belongings out of the room and threw away all of my toiletries. So I arrived back at the hotel with all of my belongings stuffed in unzipped bags thrown all over a cart. Explanation told to me was my card declined was the reason my items were thrown out, but that definitely wasn't the case cause the hotel charged me twice. The desk clerk charge my card once again, with a much smaller room and told me that I received a discount 10% discount for inconvenience. I stated that's not a discount, you just put me in a cheaper smaller room. I complained to the manager and was later kicked out of the hotel for calling her during the holidays as the store manager was making derogatory and racist overtones talking to the desk clerk. I'm assuming the manager didn't know she was on speaker phone the entire time. If you are a person of minority, military, or police stay far away from here. Manager was barking orders at the police as if she was the chief of police being very disrespectful. I felt sorry for the 2 gentlemen in uniform. read more

My husband and I were driving for 15 hours, and we pulled off to find a hotel and I will only stay at La Quinta Inn because they are high quality hotels for a nice price. When we went into our room the TV wasn't working but the maintenance man came up and fixed it. The shower needed to be cleaned there was hair on the glass and floor. The beds are very comfy they made me not want to leave. The breakfast was really yummy. read more

We stayed here while passing through to see the eclipse. The hotel is comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My son forgot his pillow which was made for him by hand. Stayed here with my 2 boys, 2 dogs (Shepard & bull dog), and husband. We enjoyed ourselves. Loved the hardwood floors and comfortable beds. Breakfast was typical (waffles, eggs, biscuits,etc.) The door in the bathroom didn't close all the way but the upgraded vanity and room made up for the small imperfection. Loved the military rate and the friendly people at the front desk. Also they didn't charge extra for pets which was a plus! I would stay again for sure. read more

We stayed here for one night in a king suite. We were traveling with our 2yr old who we had requested a crib for when making our reservation. The reservation booking was quick and easy but that ended up being the best part of our experience with La Quinta. We called from the car on the evening we were checking in to ensure the crib was in the room. It was not and they were reluctant to set it up at all. They said we can just get it and take it to our room ourselves upon arrival. Just what every family wants with small children who are exhausted from traveling.....one more item to carry and set up. Very poor customer service. The rooms are very spacious which is a plus, but they are loud! Our room was on the top floor, yet you could still hear footsteps, doors closing, hallway traffic, and the interstate. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was a stain on the sheet and hair all over the bathroom floor. When walking on the carpet in our room, it would turn your feet and socks black. The morning breakfast was a much smaller variety than what other similar hotels offer but the food area was kept clean and stocked. Had we needed a room for more than 1 night we would have switched hotels. read more

I stayed at La Quinta Inn at 111 Hoffman Drive, LaGrange GA on June 21-23 2019. Not only was my stay terrible due to a blackout that lasted well over 12 hours as to where myself and my six year old child were forced to sleep in the car, because of lack of air conditioning or lights in my room; everything that happened after has been a nightmare when it comes to this place. I was contacted several times over the course of three weeks to notify me that I left my amazon fire TV remote control in the room. My remote was accidentally left behind, because I had to pack my bags in the middle of the night in the complete darkness. I was told the remote would be sent back to me and that there would not be any excessive charges due to the fact that it was a very lightweight product being shipped. My remote sat at this facility for over two weeks before finally being mailed back to me. Within days, a charge for about $20 was pulled from my card by La Quinta. Upon calling to inquiry about the charge I was RUDELY and DISRESPECTFULLY greeted by Carla. She proceeded to tell me that she "always tells customers there is a $10 shipping and handling fee" and "Did I expect for them to pay shipping and handling for my remote?" I was not told there were additional fees unless I would have not wanted the remote back due to the fact it is a $10 remote. The customer service throughout my whole stay from the blackout to the aftermath and disrespect is more than I have ever experienced. I came to LaGrange for a summer vacation with my child and had the worst experience I could imagine thanks to La Quinta Inn. I am not sure how this place is still in business and stealing people's money to treat them so harshly. read more
