Nor did anyone come in to empty the garbage. I mentioned it the night before we were leaving the guy downstairs at the desk made excuses. There are no excuses not to be on your game when you have guest in your room that we rented.

I was initially told to wait, and when I returned at 4:15 PM, I was informed there had been an issue with another guest and that it would be another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this delay extended significantly, and I did not receive access to my room until approximately 5:23 PM -- over two hours past the guaranteed check-in time. Traveling with a child made this delay even more difficult, and this level of inconvenience is unacceptable, especially for a stay that was LESS than 24 hours. My interaction with General Manager Nicole Jones was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and rude!! When I inquired about compensation for the delay and inconvenience, her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration of the situation. To make matters worse, when I finally entered the room, it was not in acceptable condition. The carpet had visible stains, raising concerns about cleanliness and calling into question why the room required such an extended delay! Between the delayed check-in, poor room condition, and lack of appropriate customer service from management, I will NEVER be returning to this location.

I've been staying at the Country Inn and Suites in Lagrange, GA almost every week for several…read moremonths. This is a really nice place to stay. The guests range from construction workers to business executives, but all of the long term and frequent guests get to know each other and socialize together. As a frequent traveler and visitor to the Lagrange area, I enjoy staying at a place that feels like home. The general manager (Donnie) and his team really go out of their way to be accommodating and to make their guests feel special. The hotel isn't fancy, but it's extremely clean and comfortable. Any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and I've never known of a security issue or problem. If you are visiting the Lagrange area, either on business or pleasure, I recommend the Country Inn and Suites. Just don't take my room! I'm going to need it because I'll be back soon.

Very accessible to any location you're traveling in. There is a Waffle House, Chick Fil A and other quick restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel clerk was nice, somewhat slow but very courteous! As a businesswoman travelling solo, I felt safe here. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it.

It's also about a 10 minute drive to the great wolf lodge. There is not a breakfast buffet , but if you pay for. Breakfast add on with your room, you are able to get breakfast. I stayed two nights and got yogurt parfaits both days for $13, which was kind of wild. The room was clean and updated. The only other downside was the train that runs through the night, and cars racing. It was hard to get a good night sleep. Not the hotels fault, but something to keep in mind. One night my tv was glitching, but it ended up fixing itself. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

This location is right in the center of LaFayette Square, so shopping, dining, a park, and entertainment are all within 5 mins walking distance. Parking is FREE in a garage attached to the hotel. There is an on-site sports bar, and other amenities such as a pool, and gym. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, which is important to us as a family. There was no response until I contacted corporate - "We'll make sure the sausage is ok in the future." Except for the stained carpet, cigarette smell, no maid service on Sunday night, and food poisoning, my stay was fine. When we finally got seated, we ordered a couple wine flights and the bruschetta pasta for dinner along with the pecan crusted chicken wrap. The chicken seemed a little dry but the wrap was still fresh and tasty. I have been there before and love the winery. I will continue to go back as their food is always fresh and delicious, their staff is friendly and the establishment itself is very clean.
