We were in a real pinch when our ancient pool heater suddenly decided to stop working, just a day before hosting a party for around a hundred guests. Panic mode set in, and I started calling various pool service companies across Orange County and Los Angeles County. Out of all the options, LA Pool Guys came through with the most affordable price. Nick, the hero of the day, arrived promptly the next morning and worked his magic. In no time, our pool went from chilly to delightfully warm. What sets Nick and LA Pool Guys apart is not just their expertise but their outstanding customer service. Nick didn't just fix our pool heater; he went above and beyond. He was incredibly informative, offering suggestions to prevent future issues and ensuring we fully understood the maintenance process. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free, which was a relief during our pre-party chaos. We can't express enough gratitude for the emergency job that Nick and LA Pool Guys executed flawlessly. Thanks to them, our party was a huge success, and our guests enjoyed the warm pool throughout the event. If you're ever in need of pool services, I wholeheartedly recommend Nick and LA Pool Guys. Over the past 4 years LA Pool Guys have serviced the pool at my home. In that time i have had two different techs - both of whom were always consistent, efficient and kept my pool clean (even after I had some epic pool parties for my kids and their friends). The prices are always reasonable and they communicate often with me via email - my preferred mode of communication. I appreciate that they are always checking my chems and update me when i need regular treatments or preventative maintenance. The beauty of LA Pool Guys is they have one all-in fixed monthly price - no surprise "chemical" charges or whatever. Makes it easier to budget. One summer, our tech brought it to our attention that when he was doing our regular filter cleaning some of our filter components were old and falling apart. (They were there when we bought the house). They sent us an email with the estimate, we approved and within a couple days everything was installed and the filter was running better than we had ever seen! Admittedly they are often more mindful of my pool than i am - but hey, that's why you higher a great pool service company. Thanks LA Pool Guys! Keep up the good work. read more

Panicked and in need of immediate help, I began my search for a professional pool service. That's when I came across LA Pool Guys. From the moment I reached out, they were responsive, realistic, and incredibly informative. Don was my main point of contact, and he proved to be very helpful in explaining the process. Disappointed with LA Pool Guys I recently had an experience with LA Pool Guys, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I was not satisfied with the service provided, and regrettably, I cannot recommend them to others. The level of service I received did not meet my expectations. The communication was lacking, and it felt like my concerns were not adequately addressed. Additionally, the overall quality of the work performed on my pool was not up to par. I believe in giving honest feedback, and in this case, my experience with LA Pool Guys fell short. I hope they can improve their service and meet the standards that customers expect when seeking pool maintenance. read more

I've been with LA Pool Guys for about 4 years and have had 2 different technicians. Both technicians have and continue to be excellent. I can't say enough about the level of service they have given as well as quality of business the management provides. What I love about LA Pool Guys is all the regular maintenance(ie. filter cleanings, chemicals etc.) is in my monthly fee so I'm never given any unexpected bill. I used to receive random bills for chemicals/filter cleanings from my other pool company that were never discussed when I signed up. Thanks for the great service LA Pool Guys. Keep it up. read more
